what's going on with these people. everyday they have been putting a negative amount to my balance. everytime I need to call them and they will say, it was a mistake. how is that a mistake. once it's acceptable. but multiple times, that's not acceptable. just this week, it happened three times. and today they have put a negative balance of 90 Ghana cedis. I contacted them long ago, they have not replied. honestly this is so disappointing.

terrible company - cold food ! charges me service fee + delivery fee , but then shares my delivery with other clients (who also pay service and delivery fee!), so the drivers collect multiple orders on 1 route finally delivering my food cold!

It was very good at the beggining, best prices around, free delivery amazing service. Now only some mediocre prices remain. My last order was left at the door of the complex I stayed because i didn't respond to some in app messages, no calls or anything else have been made. The support wasnt helpful at all, repeated the same things and ended the chat 3-4 minutes after they started. Tbh they seemed to be AI, they even used the -. Lets hope customer protection services will be more helpful.

absolute joke of a support contact. order delayed by an hour due to no courier ok understandable, ask for cancellation then getting left without any response. Seriously never ordering again from this never had issues with restaurants but the support just trash

In Portugal the app itself is ok I guess, the built-in customer service is HORRENDOUS. Terrible. Terrible customer service.

summarising everything togeather.. bad pricings, subscription litterally gives you no benifit but more discounts taken away as well. The support feks with you're mind when it comes to refund. people behind support are international idiots who just repeats the same message over and over after you describing all the issues. and next guy comes after some time and asks us to explain everything from begining.. I have had case which went upto 3 support idiots. and at last, no refund
when we don't have a subscription it shows different offers with a subscription, once I activate the subscription there are no offers that were shown before,

Literally not working was able to place 1 order, for the 2nd one, app keeps crashing. hire more people and kill AI please.

YOU pay more if RIDE took longer, even though you already overpayed for morning ride. YOU pay more if DRIVER decided to driver another way that took longer just because. "Plus" subscription for food delivery costs much more then another's while giving you the poorest options of restaurants and cafes then other services. Overall: pumped prices, worst price/service rate
bolt food and most of the restaurant on their app are just unserious I'm dissapointed I can explain more stories but I ain't got time for this just to warn a new user in case I just log out and trust me I used to use this app for many years but I just realized that enough it's enough

Dont try Bolt plus even for free trial. Once you do it , you ll never have discounts from restaurants again... Lastly , customer support is terrible. I showed them photos and videos from missing ingredients and they refused to refund me even if food remained untouched.
Cashback? 30% cashback in your wallet for a week, but you also increase the prices by 30%?? How stupid do you think people are???

În mod special nu folosesc aceste aplicații de delivery fix din motivul pentru nerespectarea comenzilor sau batjocura de care dau dovada livratori. Astăzi însă am considerat ca este o opțiune să comand mâncare, iar rezultatul a fost exact cum ma așteptam, comanda greșită ( lipsa de produse ) și livratorul a fost in "lipsa" cu 12 lei pentru plata comenzi astfel lăsând un tips forțat de 12 lei . Nu recomand , cel puțin in România pentru ca personalul este unul amator si degeaba

Great on offer But be prepared to have food missing from your oderes every single time. which is not only 50 cent it's 4-7 euro each time... its not so much about the money it's about the fact your order the food you want and at the end of the day they don't deliver. Then they can't get hold of the stores to get your food!! it get to the point of sick or refunds and want the food you paid and ordered. my family ans I will remove the app. Try foody ..
The delivery courier spilled the drink all over my corridor, the food was soaked and they only gave me half a refund. Will be using wolt from now on.
Service from this app has became drastically worse. Delivery time increased significantly in last year therefore deliveries comes cold.

WOLT all the way. Bolt doesnt care about your food or quality. Switched to WOLT for few months now, best thing ever, had no problems since. Customer service is great there. No more random problems, no more cold food, you matter there, but not here. Always disappointed when i order here. Quality became even worse when i subscribed to their ,,premium"". Cold food driving around the block. Your food sitting and waiting while courier is taking other NEW orders. And customer service is slop.

customer support is no support at all,always closing the chat without real help and Boly does not provide any phone number to connect directly to support. app is assigning address in weird way up to location which can cause confusing. and there is no change or edit possible after you order.I will never use this app. edit I also want delete my account and Bolt app won't let me delete untill I have mandatory chat. this is crossing all law and doing business.
Being lied to after I had to wait in vain for my food was really something else. Getting in touch with a human being proved to be mission impossible.

New UI absolutely ruined the app. Impossible to see any updates. It constantly looks like driver is stuck in one place. Who in their right mind looked at this and decided that it's acceptable
