This app never works and locks you out. Then you need management to unlock you as you can't do it via app even though it pretends you can. Horrible app that prevents you from accessing pay stubs when you need them. Companies who use this are companies you should consider not being a part of as they care very little about your ability to access your pay stubs which is required by labor law.

terrible all ways locking you out
Somewhat slow. Management at my company should allow editing for punches. Why isn't the platform available on desktop. Visual formatting is better on the desktop when doing other things like selecting benefits. I am unable to meet the deadline because of this.

app isn't very good. The app is one of the most inconvenient apps of it's kind I've ever used. seems like my employer went with the cheapest option in selecting which company to go with, and thier app reflects that. It's also not very secure, because the only way you can verify your account is with a security question. At think we all know that an authenticator app is the safest and most practical way to verify an account at this point, so why don't they do that?

everytime I log in my account is locked. I then have to reset the password just for it to get locked again. I can't access anything. I'm not thrilled about this
Trash app. Makes it too hard and time consuming to clock in and out and is constantly pestering you to change your password that you will instantly forget. This app SUCKS!
not user friendly
Do you feel that your business runs TOO efficiently? Do you wish your HR department would metastasize and waste even more of everyone's time for no conceivable benefit? Well then BOY is this the app for you! It'll ensure that every employee wastes several minutes clicking through redundant loading screens every time they clock in AND will prevent you from having a clear view of your employees' availability, guaranteeing you plenty of scheduling conflicts and last-minute shift changes!
first time opening it and my account was locked after one attempt. I am still figuring this out and this is how you act? how to places like this stay in business??
The app is such BS it keeps splitting my clock in and clock out into two separate things.So when I clock out, it says that I have missing punches

won't open company administration baffled and silent . Not clocked in for over a month. 5 months now still not working every little misstep and I have to uninstall then reinstall.
There's always something wrong with this app. It's either slow startups or login information being "incorrect". I've spoken to my admin to have her manually override my account so I could login but going through that much effort is very annoying when all I want to see is how much PTO I have.

Can this APP not be downloaded onto a HP Laptop, if not why not? The App is a nightmare to use on Samsung Android phones constantly renewing passwords and then it doesn`t the Times properly...........no wonder the business world is struggling with this management tool being used.
bad period
Can't login even after entering the verification code. I have to completely enter the old pswrd and create a new pswrd. How does that make sense if I entered the 3 different verification codes because it it brings to the create new pswd page every time.

Can't make basic changes to name, number or anything. When I try entering the name field it just stays blank. The keyboard won't pop up and there is no way to contact anyone. Clicking on help takes you to learning center where the session can't be found and is a big white error page. There is no helpful way to reach out to HR.
after the new update I am no longer able to clock in from the app

app is very poor, I think it is down more than it is working, logging in requires a password that is just shy of a dictionary page.
this app is bad at keeping information for long and updating information, it constantly signs me out of the app ending my session, it doesn't let me update my password even after several attempts, it just stays at the loading screen after I tried updating my password and my password expires soon and apparently I have to go into work on my day off because this stupid app won't do it's job, if you want your business to be successful have more of these kind of problems on paper not unreliable app.
would give a 0 of allowed. another, and worst, in a series of similar cut rate apps that HR has paid for that don't work right. I have now downloaded and re-download multiple times to get this thing to work. none of the authentication options work properly this time, other issues on previous attempts.
It sucks, I work for a dispensary and I can't even get in to the app through my work. Straight garbage
OK app, but the designers must be extremely paranoid. Passwords have to be between 16-64 characters. Seriously? Banks don't require that large of a password. Every so often (or very often if you will), you have to enter a new password. And don't forget secondary verification with texts and emails.

This app says there's no Internet connection when there is, and therefore doesn't push up changes when it can, causes data sync issues when using both the app and website for clock-in/out
Horrible,app lags, have to give information multiple times. Give the correct information and it still doesn't work. Go back in. Put the same information in and it decides to work whenever it wants to. The only thing I would do with this app is throw it right out in the garbage but my company insists on using it so I have to deal with it. It's kind of like dealing with your red-headed stepchild

Trying to login and it says it doesn't recognize our company. Closed it to try later, & now it won't even open.
Chronically broken password reset feature, which is forced on users every 90 days. I have to email HR to force it to reset every time, it is a huge waste of time as I use biometrics anyways, I have all my old passwords saved even on my digital keychain.
