In the interests of equality before the law: I only installed this satanic app to leave a hatefilled 1 star review. Oppo and Samsung phones are literall Satan phones. Oppo and Samsung stores are not only malicious but satanic. Samsung claim that their satanism is lawful because you agree to a non exclusive licence. Samsung then allow others to use you phone and phone credit to illegally make phone calls without your permission authorization nor concent.

A cheap or maybe even free AI model coded this website/app. There's no way a human did this, unless they gave it to an intern. Slow, dumb, stupid UX/UI, buggy, and I'm talking about both frontend and backend.
Samsung should make the samsung shop app smoother so that it doesn't hang. Like other brands, their apps work smoothly. I hope the app will be made smoother.

Apps sometimes have issue to add to cart, I checked with customer service, who told me to use browser version instead. Might as well uninstall then? Using Samsung S25 Ultra Edit: Clear cache doesnt work, reinstall works. I had the latest version before reinstalling.
The cart function in the app suddenly stopped working, so I reinstalled the app, and now the app is not allowing to login, it logs out automatically. Hope to see a quick approach to fix this issue from the Samsung team......
couldn't make payment with my cards
I spent days trying to complete a purchase transaction of a Mini LED 75 inch M80HAF, and was blocked at every turn online and on the phone. IDK what's going on with you people, but as a long-term member of Samsung ecosystem... y'all have lost a once loyal client. Apple here I come. LG. Hisense. TLC. Sony. Adios Samsung Direct. Avoid this company, website and app, if you value your time.

ولا مرة استفدت من التطبيق مع العلم انه التطبيق الرسمي للسامسونج.. دائما التطبيقات الاخرى زي امازون ونون ألاقي عروض فيها افضل وارخص منه وحتى العروض اللي يسوونها اوقات فيها لفة وحتى متجر الطلاب خصوماته لاترتقي ان تكون كخصومات ابل قسم الطلاب وفي الاخير التطبيق غير سلس وبطئ جدا🙂
This app has an infinite scroll / runaway layout error in its coding, where when I try to shop for the Galaxy 26 Ultra, it generates a twitching scroll bar which continually generates the panels of the same text. This is actually stopping me from buying the phone so is pretty serious
