works well, until you use too much data in your unlimited Data plan then they just decide to disable the app until the start of the next month in a breach of contract.

The app is fine, but avoid the company 1&1 as ISP at all costs. My internet is so unstable that I can't work, watch or use any app. It has been more than 2 months with the issues. I have been a customer for the last 3 years and for that exact time I have tried to change my address in the app but with no result as they can't seem to be able to send you the confirmation message. They sent me a new sim to the old address and deactivated my actual one. Imagine paying monthly for that service..
Support closes chats without replying or even attempting to resolve the issue. The app itself is convoluted and full of unnecessary information, while the privacy settings (to opt out of traffic sharing) are buried deep in a multi-layered menu.

Nu recomandat aceast abonament. Vă minte continiu, datele dumneavoastră sunt preluate și vândute. Semnalul slab, aveți doar 50gb la internet cu o viteză mai mică de 4g.
deceiving your costumers with your on demand unlimited was not a good idea. next time just be honest and put what where you planning. just gonna finish my plan and quit.

Der Kundenshop funktioniert bei mir gar nicht in der app. Edit: der store zeigt mir einfach ne weiße seite an und nix lädt rein.

just a scam. I waited 1 and a half month for internet and they canceled. they didn't say where to send the adsl they just took 300 euro for a 180 euro adsl.. this is why there are so cheap.. it's a scam. please boycott!!!
All of the sudden the App is no longer available for my device. Idk why i got the Unlimited M package when i wont be able to use the unlimited part... Im truly disappointed
always trouble with this stupid app.
I got scammed on false promises on a cell data contract where I ended up paying 250% of the promised price. I was reassured on the call that I understood everything correctly about the contract. When I noticed I was paying too much, I was told it's my fault for not noticing this in their email. I've also been waiting on my fiber Internet connection that has been available in my house for about half a year now and they never know what's going on. Very unprofessional.
Update 31.03.2025: I was transferred to the new 1&1 5G network and I have almost no network (phone, Internet). Support can't help me either. ___ 1&1 seems to ve very complicated. I wanted to transfer my esim from my Pixel 7 to my Pixel 8 Pro, and the Pixel has this option, but it is not supported for 1&1 esims. Now I've had to order a new QR Code through the portal that will be sent by post. Which year are we in? This is definitely not 2023, this is a very bad user experience.
They make it so difficult to cancel. You can do it online, but then you have to call them (in German), and apparently they tell you that the cancellation went through but they just ignore the request.
Don't waste your time with this company, non professional to say the least.
Vorsicht: Irreführende Vertragsverlängerung! Für mich ist das eine klare Täuschung! Ich werde nie wieder einen Vertrag bei 1&1 abschließen.
Dass manche Leute bei der Kundencenterhilfe leider sehr unkontaktabel sind, tut mir leid, es ist eine Katastrophe, man sucht nach Antworten, die wissen nicht was sie antworten sollen.
Kann die App nicht nutzen, weil man sich einloggen muss. Ich lebe in einem Wohnheim, in dem wir alle 1&1 bekommen und niemand eine eigene Kundennummer hat 👍

Nach dem ich breits explizit Werbung abgelehnt hatte wurde ich heute beim Öffnen des Control Centers gefragt, ob ich Werbung erhalten möchte. Das allein ist schon nervig, ich hatte breits bei der Registrierung explizit widersprochen. Der Gipfel ist dann allerdings, dass es nur die Optionen "Einwilligen" und "Jetzt nicht" gibt. Ich werde diesen Schund also regelmäßig ablehnen müssen. Das ist ein klassisches Dark Pattern und mittlerweile leider Standard, aber hier bin ich bereits zahlender Kunde.

Nicht praktisch und langsam
Die App funktioniert, Aber die firma an sich sind alles Nichtswisser. Mein Display war kaputt und ich wollte es zur Reparatur einschicken was laut einem Mitarbeiter nicht möglich war obwohl ich das Handy erst 3 Monate hatte.Ich sollte es selber reparieren, was ich gemacht habe.Nun klappt etwas anderes am.Display nicht und ich konnte es einschicken weil es jetzt doch über Garantie läuft und plötzlich soll ich 300Euro bezahlen..ALLES BETRÜGER

I contacted the customer service while I had an enquiry about porterung from a mobile number. After I was interrogate as to why I wished to and to were and then many attempts at a sales pitch to stay to which I in the end had to get very annoyed with the very nasty woman who I had on the line an several waiting lines and no result, Was told to do it by e mail. And they wonder why I am moving on!
App kann keine Verbindung zu meinem WLAN erstellen. Anruf beim 1&1 Technik Support hat keine Lösung gefunden. Mein Smartphone hat eine WLAN Verbindung.

Sie bieten WLan an. Warum kann man sie nicht per Internatanruf erreichen? Ich bin im Ausland und mein hiesiger Telefonvertrag reicht nicht aus, um den Kundenservice zu erreichen.
