起動から10秒程度でアプリが勝手に落ちてしまうようになった。利用するつもりがないのに退会できない。最悪です。

I tried to use it thinking it's convenient and in budget. But, to be honest it's not for foreigners or if you don't know Japanese very well. Although, the main reason for bad review is because I applied to cancel my membership after 2-3 months but somehow it wasn't cancelled and I was billed continuously for 13months. It was not even clear from Bank deductions that it's for Chocozap. That's ridiculous ! Finally I was able to cancel it and I'm not going back to it.
ああ、解約するつもりでこれを書いています。3日前にこのジムに入会したのですが、アプリが機能したのは入会した日だけで、それ以降は開いていません。フリーダイヤルは明らかに日本語話者向けなので、どうしたらいいのかさえわかりません。サポートを受けることはできません。メールなどの連絡先を入手するのも非常に困難です。健康などに取り組もうと本当に意欲的でしたが、今はただイライラしています。外国人にとって最適なアプリではありません。アパートの真向かいにジムがあり便利だから入会したのですが、アプリが機能していないため、何もできていません。
入室できません。 普通にネットには繋がっているのに接続できないと表示されます。 広告は普通にでるのに…
ログインしているのに予約が出来ない 予約画面でログインしろと言われるがログイン出来ないしパスワード設定もできない
解約ができない。解約画面に行くと店舗選択になり申請ができない。休会も同様にできない。致命的にダメ。アップデートしても同様。電話しても散々待たされたあげく悪びれもせず会社としての姿勢が伺える。

スマートウォッチが全然連携しない不良品 散々待たされた後にこれかよ 聞こえのいい特典、安いサービス、、、ライザップそのものですね。
デバイスとの接続できない。体重計、時計など入会する時の釣り機器が無駄に、、、期待感上げて入会し、配送は遅れ、結局このザマ。Rizapさん今後墜落するであろうと予感させるUXUI。

運動記録がとにかくつけにくい。入館のためにしか使えないアプリ。
1. App is just a webview wrapper. What's the point of an app then? 2. Privacy policy is terrible. 3. Site full of analytics and trackers. If you block them, login will not work (googletagmanager). It knows it's entering the wrong or correct password, but if analytics and trackers are blocked, no login. 4. For those interested, check their javascript Ytag.js file. I'm not sure how that even passed initial testing. 5. Salesforce embedded, really? Stay away.
・ジムの表記や説明が文字化けしていて読めません ・全体的に動作が遅いです ・エステ予約画面で店舗が検索できるようにしてほしいです（せめてお気に入り登録した店舗が上位にきてほしい、、） ・エステ予約画面で、なぜか登録してない店舗が一番上にあり、家のマークがついています

機械ずっと前からほぼう壊れてます。ジーム内にも汚い。職場に近いだけなので、我慢して通ってます。 でも、今は解約するか、かなり悩んでます。 京王堀之内にもトイレの流れが悪く、北八王子にも良い所ほなんですけど、駐車場がありません。有料駐車場がありますけど馬鹿馬鹿しで払うのはもったいない。 壊れてる機械いつ直しますか？？？
スターターキットの腕時計が機能しません。
Application does not have English UI. Please give English as language for foreigners. I can't understand Japanese fully. It is difficult to use app.
Edit: Developer, don't be ridiculous. Of course I know how to change the font size on my phone. It is still tiny while other apps are bigger. Another minus is all the pop ups that appear asking to do a survey after you enter the gym (no thank you as I am about to exercise) The photos and text in the app is displayed very small so it is hard to read
No English support Please include English language for app and Connected devices. Smartband changes language to japanese after connecting this app.
まだ不具合がある。
Since it's only japanese, reservation for self esthe was difficult to understand at first. The stamp rally is not functioning well, it leads to other commercials / add and it's tiring.
