I have used this app since 2022 and now it's barely functionable. The quality of the material is still excellent but the app sucks, it won't open so I have to uninstall and then reinstalll, it will work for a day or two and then stop working again. I have no idea what you did to the app but this is horrible. It is not a memory or storage issue, I've run my phone through multiple checks. And all other apps are unaffected which points to this app being the issue. Please fix.
I bought a lifetime membership a few years ago, and now they're trying to charge me saying i only have a free membership and in order to continue service, I have to pay again but much more this time and it's now annually. In the whole time, I've had a membership, I don't recall a single time they've responded to my inquires when issues have risen. update June 30, 2025: I did as they requested and reached out to support and continue to be ignored. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!

The application's login functionality is currently unavailable. Selecting "continue with email" fails to provide existing user login access, instead prompting new account creation.

Content, 10. App, 0. There's not enough space here to describe how the functioning of this app has gone from bad to worse over the years, across the updates and every device I've used. But, the content has been so good that I've put up with it. Unfortunately, a recent revision rendered it unusable, so I've had to cancel my subscription. (It no longer allows me to choose what to listen to, in favor of its "paths", and it's all in Spanish, despite English being selected in the settings.)

Keeps annoying with notifications, not useful atvall if you do not pay them.

I tried several times to purchase the app but it stated that I have to check the country (Philippines) first. Then, I already checked and it's correct. Unfortunately, I can't still purchase it. Please help.
It's in a language I don't understand. I went to the settings to set it to English but nothing changed. It's still in another language.

Terrible app. Did the trial and unsubscriped after 2 hours. Not even close to having a good enough library. I sent at least 5 emails to Rafa@12min who is supposed to be the leader of this terrible app, with no response. Worst thing, even after I unsubscribed they keep trying to charge my card, for which I have complained multiple times, with no resolution. Would give 0 if I could.
It worked for one day. After that I continously received an add to purchase a subscription. Each time I declined the subscription, the book would not play.
It's night, and there is no dark mode I'm never gonna install it again

Getting notifications in Spanish. Help is in Spanish. Language is set to English.
Update: Feb 23, 2024 Contacted support via email last Feb 21, and until now, I haven't heard from them. There is no app update as well. So, the app is still unusable for me. Currently unable to use on the Galaxy 24S Ultra. Support has been slow to address the issue. I have provided them video captures of the issue, but they're just super slow to adress it. I am enjoying blinkist now.

Creating account is simple but for some reason content was shown in French without asking for language preference.

The app has no option to login via registered email. The only option available is from google and Facebook. That means I can't login till it's fixed.
