VERY slow on refreshing tracking if it tracks at all. and now wont teach half your stuff unless you upgrade, F off!!

Awfully awful. Now they're charging to track packages.
was good, now I'm not sure. some numbers dont track and an orange button says I need to upgrade. Not clicking on it as it could be an add or scam. most likely I'll have to look for another app.
the past few weeks it's been saying that it doesn't recognize my tracking numbers. now I'm getting alerts that I need to upgrade to track a package? nah, I'll just delete the app. I'm not playing that game or paying to track packages. it was good while it lasted.

Was five stars, is now one. App no longer allows USPS tracking and their article on the issue doesn't offer a resolution for individuals.

update 4-15-26: the error consistently has an error. doesnt load normal tracking. app is completely broken as of around march 26
neva got my order
Can't even set an account up. Get your verification code and it is always expired within 10 seconds of me typing it in. Can't type any faster then that.
Useless. Cannot keep tracking up to date. Then lost shipment altogether. Somewhere between china and UK. Will be making a claim for false representation and loss of shipment.

I have never received my package from them and that was 3 of them
put my email in to register when it sent the number to verify it said it was expired did it three times same number came up each time and every time it said expired. waste of time

the worst in the world because they said delivered Undelivered package so that means I pay for nothing my money with the seller nothing problem already I see for 45 days on the Application honestly I so sad 😞
to be completely honest, I find the service delayed.. while I track my stuff on the apps in which I am ordering from I find that the services I am ordering from more reliable like UPS FedEx Purolator, even apple express updated before 17 track which is disappointing because I've been using it since wish was the jam before temu! so I WISH I, I mean truly WISH it would work properly considering I've been using it for years. but it's delayed in processing information!!!! dumb I do WISH!!
NOW THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR USPS TRACKING. WERE UN INSTALLING AND USING ANOTHER. IT WAS NEVER RELIABLE REGARDLESS AND ALWAYS LATE!!!

not much use
Loved this app and was happy to pay the sub but soon as I did it started getting so laggy that it's barely usable. No longer updates my tracking status updates on a regular basis. It used to update almost as soon as the shipper did, but now it's always WAY behind. I started using this app to reliably know WHEN and WHERE many packages were at any given moment, and it was GREAT until a few days ago. Now I have to double check each individual package on the shippers' website one by one anyways.
Tracking is very slow. I've had many items delivered to me as much as a day ahead of the app saying it arrived at my post office.
