terrible compared to old android app. slider bar on right cannot be utilized, sign in options are confusing has become a useless app that of course has also become overpriced.

I used to use 1Password since version 3 on macOS and when it was first released. This cloud only version is absolutely trash. Every time I try to use it, login hangs and times out so I cant even access my password. I'll be canceling my membership as soon as I can get on my laptop. funny thing about all this, I'll be using 1Password 7 get my password to cancel my account. verson 7 was the last good version thet they made.
6/5/26 Doesn't save passwords or autofill on pixel 8a after hitting save password prompts. phone and app are up to date. No interest in spending time trying to figure out why. uninstalled.

It does not always work. I cannot EASILY change the date style (I want dd/mm/yy and not mm/dd/yy). Most websites, I must type the email first. *** EDIT: no, I will not contact the support team. You are a company, it is in your best interest to do this yourself. I already pay for the service, I am not your tester, I am a customer. If it is too much work for you to have a paying customer, I'll do business with another company. ***
Very frustrating payment experience. I got quietly unsubscribed and had a nightmare getting a subscription activated again.

After years as a family-package customer, 1Password decided to stop integrating with autofill in Android apps. This was a business decision. Worked perfectly until forced update, then worked by copy-paste only, except in the browser. Then they raised the prices 40%. Unsubscribed.
Terrible app. Don't waste your time. I installed this app on my phone and it works there. However, I it will not work on my Samsung tablet. The Windows app doesn't work. The support group offered solutions, but nothing works. It is not reliable. Save yourself the grief and find a better option.
even though I have enabled biometric fingerprint, it always ask for me to enter password to turn on biometric, but it never turns on and each time when I need it in auto fill it requires me to enter password. it's just getting worst
🤦♂️😱😡 non existent help for a very small problem they could help me with in under two minutes. took a few days to open a ticket but nothing other than an automated response so far, product unusable.

This app constantly has issues with auto fill. It never works and you're paying to copy and paste your passwords manually. It's ridiculous.
Avoid. This app doesn't work if you have a physical keyboard connected to your tablet. searching on the internet it's been broken for around 5 years now with 1Password doing nothing to fix it. work's as expected when you don't use a physical keyboard. currently not worth the money

Too busy catering to the business class to keep the app working I think. The team that works on raising rates is functioning though 🙌. I am canceling our family plan next time around.
So annoyed w/ updates. 1. Often times it doesn't read that a site is asking for a password. Then (even though the browser app recognizes the need for pw) I have to go to the app & copy the pw. The site doesn't recognize it, fine, no prob, reset pw. But now I can only paste the pw 1x. Well, no I have to go back to the app to copy paste bc the site wants the pw twice. So I do that 2x. Then I need to sign in, but remember it doesn't recognize it's asking for a pw, so I have to go back for a 3rdx!!!
payment auth/capture is an old workflow. i downloaded this app to switch away frpm bitwarden. but submitting payment failed, got a 400 error, and the page still hasn't updated several minutes later. glad i found this self-own before switching. even bitwarden isnt that lame.
Does not auto fill and plugin crashes with Chrome mobile browser Edit: this option has always been filled in for me. I have to force stop the app every time for it to continue working. Edit: the issues continue, and they do not offer a Watch OS app
I paid for version 7 premium, which no longer works, and now these clowns want me to pay for a subscription to version 8. I'm moving on to Sticky Password.
Bought a lifetime subscription to 1Password and they have discontinued it without warning. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient for me. Avoid at all costs

Without integration with ALL Apps or MOST apps this paid subscription is useless, and now you raised the price without resolving so many issues. A free KeepPass now seems like a better option, even though I will need to "manually" backup what I already backup.

I have used 1password for over 5 yrs I understand prices for premium increases as years go by, I am willing to pay for it as I HAD enjoyed 1pass previously... sure if it's worth it anymore at first, access to requested to type in the master password e EACH time for access-- it was patched and it worked great and flawlessly afterward. for the past year or so, no matter which device I have this installed on, IT WILL NOT DETECT LOGINS& won't Auto fill.. I have to open the app manually. fix pls
I love the security but hate that it randomly turns off biometric login.
long term user. 1password in general is solid but I don't like that, on mobile, everytime I click a link in 1password it opens in the 1pass app instead of in my default browser. I also don't like that there's no way to close the password autofill suggestions. sometimes it gets in the way of page content and I just want to x out of the autofill prompt. I recently disabled the 1password autofill altogether and it still is showing up 🥴 might be time to migrate away soon
Often does not work right and NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anytime you open a site that requires a password It is supposed to fill it in. But quite often it does not work that way and you have to go and get the password from the app and copy and paste it in. And now, sometimes I have to enter the password of 1password itself TWICE before it does its job. And meanwhile they are RAISING THE PRICE 30% the next time it renews! Not a good idea to CHARGE MORE when it doesn't even work right! Seeya!
The app seems fine. However, the advertised discounted offer isn't available if you sign up for the trial. No responses from their support. I'm not sure if trust them with my passwords if their systems and procedures are not up to expectations.
only kind of works. Half the time the app won't unlock it doesn't show up in chrome to fill passwords
