So annoyed w/ updates. 1. Often times it doesn't read that a site is asking for a password. Then (even though the browser app recognizes the need for pw) I have to go to the app & copy the pw. The site doesn't recognize it, fine, no prob, reset pw. But now I can only paste the pw 1x. Well, no I have to go back to the app to copy paste bc the site wants the pw twice. So I do that 2x. Then I need to sign in, but remember it doesn't recognize it's asking for a pw, so I have to go back for a 3rdx!!!

Bought a lifetime subscription to 1Password and they have discontinued it without warning. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient for me. Avoid at all costs
new phone and I can't log in with my security key. locked out of everything currently and getting to customer support is a hassle. please help

I ended up canceling my subscription (voted with my wallet). I have biometrics enrolled but now every time I open the app or use the autofill feature I get "enter master password before able to use biometric" regardless of how many times I enter my master password. Also the autofill feature almost never works anymore, super disappointed.
Terrible
Insane price increase. Moved over to Proton Pass.
It will not open most of the time. it just says opening and goes around and around. thus, I cannot fill in my password. I can't even get to it. so, I have to know all my passwords anyway at that rate.
This has been a very aggravating experience with autofill. Just got a new phone and have spent way too much time trying to get this to autofill. I would love some Customer support.
app sucks, autofill rarely works, and incredibly expensive (monthly subscription) I'm done with this app. also you have to bend over backwards in order find the export passwords function. 1/10
Doesn't work when you need it. I needed to dump a stock today and couldn't because 1password loads up a blank page and doesn't let me sign-in... It's never there for me when I need it. How honestly do you sell this to the public. I need my passwords NOW. Not held hostage by bugs all the time.
1Password and Google play subscription randomly unsynched today stating that I'm expired. It’s an endless loop. The 1Password site wont let me change to direct billing. It jvault. a link to the Play store. No way to export my data. I even tried the Windows desktop app. Major nuisance. I switched password vaults. I emailed support but no response after an hour.
Stop asking me to input my password every few days, that's why we have biometrics.
I use the account with lifetime use but now it wants me to pay subscription. Whatever happened to LIFETIME?
signed up it asked me some odd questions I lost track came back abd signed un and it wants a saved code or password so . I guess I locked out and didn't even get into it ..horrible

biometrics doesn't work even after using password a few times
This is the MOST difficult program I've ever used. I used to copy/paste from a notepad doc and my friend who uses this said the program would save me time. That was the biggest lie I ever bought into. I'm STILL copying/pasting and I have multiple devices and it doesn't automatically Sync. I paid, but won't be renewing and a secret key once put in should NOT be asked for Everytime you open the account
the support is extremely slow well the lack of it actually, you cannot trust an app so critical with these people offering no help when you need one
Does not even unlock properly. Thought buying a premium password manager it would be better than bitwarden... But the Android app does not even seem to work with biometric unlock no matter the settings I choose. No issues with other apps. Waste of time and money....
garbage. it just says "no suggestion" for every autofill i have to manually type passwords.
This app is getting worse and worse and they even have the audacity to increase the price too. I cannot log in, with the buggy app stuck on the login main screen where you enter your main password, with the spinner endlessly spinning on the right and no way to proceed further. Garbage app. If anyone can recommend a replacement for this garbage, would be good. it's only seems to be available after you opened the app, even though it's added to the keyboard, never appears when your entering new passwords or need to fill in password
Biometric authentication almost always fails and autofill rarely, if ever, works. I know Android is a bit rubbish with Autofill, but in the last few years I've used Bitwarden and Dashlane and both handled it better than 1Password does.
This app always fails to fill apps on the phobe and asks for my password all the time regardless of the settings. STOP ASKING FOR YOUR OWN PASSWORD

I also don't like that there's no way to close the password autofill suggestions. sometimes it gets in the way of page content and I just want to x out of the autofill prompt. I recently disabled the 1password autofill altogether and it still is showing up 🥴 might be time to migrate away soon

only kind of works. Half the time the app won't unlock it doesn't show up in chrome to fill passwords
this app is consistently broken. it's failed to get corrected through multiple versions. it doesn't detect forms most of the time so I have to manually copy and paste credentials instead of auto filling. I can see from the reviews it's not just me. please fix this, it's infuriating. I used to use roboform which was an overall inferior product but never failed to work in core functionality.
autofill is flaky at best on pixel 9a
The old version was way better. This version doesn't work as well, especially the autofill features, they are inconsistent and just don't pop up most of the time.
disappointed need to sign in 2times on website/computer. can't select vault default on computer or phone.

the app is okay, but seems like it has n issue with biometrics, and auto fill for passkeys as credentials manager, also i have to write down the password everytime even though i am sure that my security settings says to never auto lock the app or ask for passwords, as it should ask me for my biometric to open it.
what the hey over I loved using this app but all of a sudden my finger print does work. in fact it doesn't even ask for it anymore. Also used to fill in my log in but rarely does it do it any more. contact the company for help is ridiculous.
let me update my payment method in the app, having to go to my PC to update payment sucks
can't sign in with the qr code on in the website when I want to log in with a different device
It's complicated. Terrible support; they want you to read volumes of tutorials and the info does not appear to be accurate. Notice there is no phone number for support and there's a reason why..... too many issues
