10 bucks a month and it doesn't update each category like it's supposed to. doesnt mark activity complete even after you mark complete after a workout. also doesn't update steps as it should. constantly force shutting the app then leaving the steps page open until it updates then when you go back to the main page half the time it still hasn't updated. super glitchy and slow for an app you have to pay for
The app is having issues loading my workout routine. I restarted the app multiple times and I even restarted my phone. This is messing up my routine and I've been making great progress with this app. Edit: it's working somewhat normal, but it's still taking too long to load certain things.
They make it awful hard for you to cancel your subscription.
Today, I can't open the app, it is giving me an error message "unauthorized request". I am not sure what is going on, I have paid my membership and everything. can someone please help?
I canceled this in October, was not billed in November but somehow started charging me again in December.
App isn't working for me at all. I subscribed to a plan, but it still keeps taking me to the plan page even though it says I'm subscribed and won't let me in the app all. Please help.
For a health tracking app I cannot plug in workouts. Just ran 6 miles, no way to plug it in.
Won't even let me create an account to start using the app. I get an error and a spinning circle. Not the first impression you want.
Unable to create a new account. Tired uninstalling and reinstalling only to have the same error occur after I put the information in to create the new account
Love 1st Phorm but they need to make the app Android friendly. Not everyone has or wants an Apple phone. Steps are impossible to track with an Android.
Had to uninstall since this app went pay-only. Not even having a free, with-ads version is a HUGE disservice to the customers that purchase your products.
Not android friendly when counting steps. It has me downloading multiple 3rd party apps just for it to work. It stalls when clicking on something. Not the best.
No matter how many times I tried to "switch accounts" it always defaulted back to the wrong email at the final step and would not let me pay for the service.
Can't get into the app without paying...
I downloaded the app but it won't let me do anything , not even pay for it , its just pages to swipe to the left and rigjt
This app has a bug
Cannot open app 😒 is just a white page
You can not use Samsung health (samsung watch) with this app. You are forced to use Google fit as a step counter and it's NOT accurate by thousands of steps (I work in a warehouse for 9 hours a day the size of Costco and I only walk 7000 steps? Really?)If we pay this much money monthly, there should be a more reliable step counter if we can't use the step counter on our watches. 1st Phorm also makes it difficult to cancel your subscription. 👎🏽
The advisor doesn't answer any questions, you can't customise the workouts for wheelchair users. It's not accessible. It does not give you any knowledge of how to do macros and it is always pending. The 1 star is for the palm, fist, fist but that is it. A waste of time and a waste of money.
This app used to be free. You had to pay only for features such as macro tracking. Sad
I have trouble liking apps who make me pay before being able to even visualize the basic interface. I'm not paying 13 bucks for something I may delete in 5 minutes. Cool concept but not for me
The app used to be a bit better. It crashes quite a bit for me. maybe it's an Android problem but it's annoying how often it happens in the lifting portion. Fix that and it's a 5 star app.
I've used this app for years and absolutely love it. However with the last update it just hasn't functioned as well. It constantly freezes and I have to completely exit out of the app and reopen it for it to function again. It also doesn't fit the screen on my Android anymore and the toolbar along the bottom overlaps with my home screen buttons so I can't click them. I've gone through all the trouble shooting steps (reinstalled it, cleared cache, restarted my phone) with no success 😞
I liked this app and have used it for several years to track my macros. They recently did a huge price increase that was more than double what I was paying. Because of the huge price increase, I'm canceling my membership. Bummer, because I did like it.
This app isn't helpful for people in recovery from anorexia. I can see it being beneficial for others. Will not allow me to cancel the subscription
Not working won't let you log in
I love using 1st Phorm products like the protein powder and creatine but this app is just absolutely terrible. While the workouts are engaging and definitely make you sweat, it doesn't keep statistics on previous workouts well with giving inaccurate readings with weights and date. Also the worst of it all is logging food. 95% of foods can't be scanned a barcode and typing them in makes you scroll forever for the correct one. I will say though that working with Hector as a trainer is engaging.
to start, the app doesn't track steps unless you have an apple watch. Samsung and anyphone app doesn't link. also the assesment closes halfway through it if you dont complete it fully. second you get an advisor that is so robotic and ai like, might as well consult chat gpt. third this tracking app made my eating g disorder gonoff the wall and instead of finding support, they told me they weren't goin to help me and I'd have to leave. Mayne ill try noom.
It's not working right the app la aplicación no funciona no se porque
The app is catered to apple users. I have a Galaxy 24 Ultra, and it still doesn't track any movements, steps, or anything that you don't manually put in. Macro tracking is a nice feature, and chatting with your coach/advisor is easy.
The service provided by my coach is 5 stars but for the price, this app needs some serious work. Its very clunky to navigate, to name a few annoyances: there's no back button functionality, food tracking is cumbersome (you have to click add food, scroll down, select a meal, click the +, then select again that you want to add food, then you finally get to add), the barcode scanner doesn't scan in any orientation etc etc. UX is in need of an overhaul (happy to join in any user research!)
Does not work on my Samsung Galaxy properly. I get stuck on the opening screen and says need go go premium but can do nothing after that...just stays on those 4 screens
The photo portion due to being android is extremely frustrating. And step tracking. Not happy that i have to pay the same amount and get half the quality of the app.
Not worth the cost. Pictures do not take properly with Android phones. 1stPhorm said it was too hard to get it working with all the different Android phones. I use a Samsung Galaxy, one of the most popular, so they should have said, "with the Android phones." You can use the free version of My Fitness Pal just as effectively, unless you are particularly fond of 1st Phorm's particular workouts. Also My Fitness Pal has yearly subscription and free options, for a considerably lower cost.
Just signed up, and about to cancel, the app isnt tracking anything. And I already have one that does stuff for free.... Beyond frustrated.
