There are loads of bugs, they don't seem to be doing anything to update the issues either. The main one being, if a receipt gets stuck in processing, there should be a way to delete it !!!
Camera doesn't focus in app even though I'm using Google Pixel phone which is known to have a great camera, camera works fine in every other app. Can't load photos on phone from a folder as no folders or photos are shown within app, same on my tablet, luckily I can take photos on my tablet, but its a pain in the @rse as I cant just load them as I go on phone, tried getting developers to help and not interested, said try re-install which I have and its made no difference, it crashes often too.

You can only download a csv file with Amazonaws play store won't give me a refund. Receipt images don't always download either.r. shame as it was good otherwise

When I contacted services, they said there was a bug but had no idea when it could be fixed. So an accounting app that can't count accurately with no idea when it will count accurately again. Bizarre and useless.

Nearly impossible to cancel subscription so beware! Going to have to actually phone my bank as there is virtually no other option since I did not use Google pay. Emailed 1tap for advice but absolutely no reply. Extremely poor service.
I previously from 2017 gave 5* & a good review but that is not the same now.the service is not what it was.and the main feature ive used from app for 6 yrs no longer works. If you can't scan items in your phone and add to app from gallery its a bit moot having the app.if you have to go to your laptop you might aswell just add it directly to your own spreadsheet for no cost.
I've been trying again and again to pay for a subscription after the paltry three free scans they let you have... But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. the transaction is declined. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times, restarted the phone many times, set up different accounts and payment methods... Did any of these attempts to make a simple purchase work? Nope. This app shows a lot of promise, but nothing worked and they charge too much... Then after a year they hope to charge you double.
Hasn't been working on my android for around 2 months now.ive not heard back from them for a whole.will be looking for an app that works as I use it everyday for my business
Half of the receipts and invoices emailed over never reach the app. Also not in date order like it used to be,which is really frustrating. Have contacted the email recommended below but never got any response!
Ongoing technical problem with it and very poor customer service. I've had an unresolved issue (it's not possible to upload receipts manually) which I've repeatedly contacted the company about for the last two years. They do not deal with the issue and are very poor in communicating. I would therefore not recommended 1tap to anyone, which is a pity, since in other ways it would be a useful way of keeping on top of your accounts. FOLLOWING YOUR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW, I EMAILED & IT BOUNCED BACK!!
It is showing duplicate receipts. When I delete one it deletes both!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, I used to love this app. But now I can't do manual expenses entries and all I can do is email it which half of the time comes back as failed. I do not want to be waisting my time with this. Fix it!! Another thing when I make a manual earning entry by photo the photo used to be the first one, now for some reason it has flipped and the photo I need is all the way down at the bottom which means I have to scroll for way too long until I reach the photo I need.
I have a pixel 6 and the camera doesn't focus.
This app use to be great. Now all I have are issues. I don't get my unlimited scans that I paid for. Customer service solution was for me to cancel my plan and repay my membership fee through their website instead of the app. I'm not paying twice for the service. Also, it sometimes just won't work at all. I can't even input my expenses. Waste of money.
It was good at the begin but not I can't do anything with it and they won't refund my money that I paid for whole year
Was working fine but now unable to upload receipts or image. Paid via Google pay hoping it would then work but just the same. You know it needs updating but nothing has been done. Now using QuickBooks & that works great.
Payed for year but doesn't work.
Used to work brilliantly but now when I try to submit an expense it doesn't process and just says "an unrecoverable error occurred whilst retrying this receipt"
Now the app is taking the photo and the processing wheel comes up. Then it's doesn't add it too your processed receipts!
This app continuously allowed my assistant to receive my tax deductions. I tried to communicate with itap with no success.

A brilliant app but they need to sort out the bug for Google pixel! The scan function doesn't work.
Constantly glitching. I regularly have to uninstall and reinstall so it processes receipts, otherwise they sit in the processing queue going nowhere.
Should be great but with my pixel 7 I can't focus on the receipts so no pictures can be taken. I have read a review from someone else with this issue and they had no response so I'm not hopeful this will be resolved.

Saves alot of time but when scanning multiple images it frequently says error occurred and you have to rescan them all again which is really annoying, so I scan like 10 at a time then process them so when I get the error it's not too bad
Could be so good. Issues with uploading receipt photos on Android devices. Also a camera focus issue. Has been an issue for over a year. I've made multiple support tickets but have not been acted upon
A lot of Receipts are duplicated between 2 and 4 times for some stupid reason, and if you try to delete the copies you also lose the original. Which is absolutely fantastic.
Slow, no more manual entry, sometimes missing receipts, sometimes duplicated receipts - if my accountant didn't insist on using 1tap, then i wouldn't ever use this again.
Used to be good. But the customer service dep takes forever to get back to you. For something simple like 'Checking when my account expires, or what type of account I've got (prime etc), when payment is due', I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks and still not heard. 'investigation is ongoing'.. Frustrating to say the least. Would be handy if there was a way to check all these details by yourself too.

Keeps freezing
Ok so when I first installed app worked well ... A year on and it's nothing but a headache..... Receipts duplicating, missing reports and when i download reports it says it can't open files ..... What went wrong 1st tap. I was told to logout and in again which helped about 70% of the duplicates but now all my reports are missing and all I get is...."oopps we encountered a problem" and eventually logs in but again no report....HELP!!!
Ok, I've read reviews and decided to give it a go and straight from the start there is a problem. It duplicates some receipts and when you delete one copy you loose both. I was looking forward to use this app but not sure I will now..
Half of my receipts never processed , paid 24.99 big mistake!
I installed this app to upload expenses. But now it won't refresh anything two weeks later. Taking a picture of receipts it just doesn't load it at all.
I've been happily using this app for the last couple of years with no problems. Now I just discovered many of my receipts have been duplicated and when I started deleting the duplicates I noticed it deleted both copies! Now freaking out about the ones I've now lost. Hoping they can recover them but going forward I think I'll just go back to doing my taxes the old fashioned way of spreadsheets as its stressful enough without these technical issues! Disappointing.
I've been using one tap for quite a long time now and oh my god you still have not added any search function on the mobile app. I need to find an expense from a retailer and I can't Even search for the retailers name on the app. I won't be paying for another yeah of this service until I actually see simple features finally get added.
