impossible de se connecter à l'imprimante. Demande un MDP wifi que le personnel n'a pas. Si on va dans "help" on nous dit juste "bien que parfois il faille un mot de passe, normalement il n'en faut pas". Rien d'autre à dire

Never connects to the printer via wifi. My wife has the same issue.
out of town attempts, it was able to connect once. I tried again, all settings the same, and it failed.

一度に1つの書類しか印刷できず不便です。私が試した環境では次の書類を転送する前に一度アプリを終了させないと送信に失敗しました。使えないことはありませんが、使いたいとは思えません。

The app rarely works after the first time I use it, so I have to uninstall and try again
Always refuses to connect, even after scanning QR code, with WiFi and location services activated. App is broken and not fit for purpose. Go to Family Mart and use the far superior "Print Smash" app instead as it will work. 1 star until fixed. No excuses from devs accepted.
Older version is fine.. update is suks. Fix it soon or remove this from playstore 🤬

Keeps crashing
Every time I come to a convenience store to print something out, it never seems to work with my device. Some sort of error, without fail, always happens to come up. Most often, the staff, try as they might to help me, can't help me at all.
一回もちゃんとファイル送信できてない！
Absolute piece of garbage that does not work. Just go to Lawson or Family Mart
used to work. error 002001 each time i use it now. wont connect to the internet so it wont print. used the 711 wifi and it was connected yet it didnt work.
I wanted to make a quick copy from my smartphone, but could not. The app needed a wi-fi connection. I tried to use the Seven Eleven wi-fi, but it needed a password. I asked the staff, but he did not know it. I could not use the app. The staff tried his best to help, but he did not know the printer system. He called the service center, but kept giving difficult instructions on how to connect to the printer. After twenty minutes, I gave up. Take this app back to the starting board.

The new version sucks
You know its bad when I leave a review. The old version worked fine, new versio. With QR code is nice but I keep getting connection error 002-001. After trying to help me at the コンビニ both me and staff could not figure it out. Also, no fixes online or on help button.
It's not working properly. Always connection error occurred. I'll delete this app right now and I'm going to Family Mart. This app wasted my time.
