The "cutesy" categories are unbelievably annoying. Go back to easily sortable ones like "chips" or "soft drinks".

Not feeling like great service to me. Response was to choose substitutions when ordering, like I didn't know how to use the app, My response is I always choose NO substitutions!!
Last 2 times I ordered, I never got my order and I never got refund for the money for both of them. They kept the money for both of them and I never got refund.
My order keeps getting assigned to Skipcart. problem is, there are NO Skipcart drivers near me. So now my orders will be cancelled every time I try to place them. I have called the help line every time that my order isn't delivered and they basically tell me there is nothing that they can do. The best they can do is give me a coupon that can only be used ON DELIVERY ORDERS. They say the system will automatically assign to a different service if no drivers are found. I've never seen it do that.
put my wine in a super thin single ply bag. The bag ripped and the wine shattered as soon as I walked in the door. 20 minutes later, I have a cut on my toe and trying to keep my cats from the area. This is first time I've received plastic bags and will not be doing this again. WaWa it is

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this app. I wasn’t able to delete my account on my own. I had to contact customer service, and after more than 30 minutes on the phone, they still couldn’t help me delete my account. This process should be much simpler.
Bait and switch. $10 off $20 to get me to place a first order did not work after spending 30 minutes getting an order ready. I went to use the code. Not valid!?!

2 orders in 12 hours that were both severely messed up, half of one order arrived last night with no one being assigned the food pick-up. Today the driver went right past my house and returned to the store to cancel after I called him to tell him he passed me, and he asked for my location. I will never order from this app again
My order was ready at 6:13, my delivery said 7:30. Ended up picking up our order myself otherwise the fries would have been mush. Not to mention the insane cost, I understand there would be a mark up but that is crazy. Tried to connect with a chatbot and it didn't understand what I was saying and gave me no other option.

I don't need it. sorry to bother you.I would have ordered a pizza 2 2l sodas and 2 chicken wings. can't register. says my phone number is already in use. it won't let me recover my account or anything just asked for a different phone number
please if anyone is reading this please be aware do not do delivery I am going to file a police report they took money off my debit card for an order and the guy never delivered it, and when I went to call the number the delivery guy had the dam number wasn't even in service I'm mad as hell so please again be careful 👍🏾

it stayed you can buy beer.24 a day sow I ask the AI if I can. and it said yes. but when I open the app order the beer it stayed yes it took my money and I have not got my beer. and I can't get refunded yes you have to take a picture of your driver's license it's 3:00 in the morning and it's against the law to sell beer in Arizona but the AI and the app accepted my order so where is the beer at 3:00 a.m. in the morning lie if you don't believe me ask the AI on the app it will tell you 100%
My $22 was never delivered and my money hasn't been refunded I will NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS AND I REPORTED THEM AS FRAUDSTERS

THEIR DRIVERS STEAL YOUR ORDERS! Placed an order for $66.57 the driver (Cristina) a woman of Latin decent about 5"5 in a older white vehicle. She pulls in my driveway, looks me in the face and pulls off! She canceled my order and kept my items and to think I tipped her $11.00. Contacted the app only to hear that I must wait 5-10 business days for resolve. Then contacted corporate was told 24 hours to review and that they didn't offer instant credits and do not send other drivers.

customer support has been horrible. delivery driver takes $22 order to another 7/11. he stated he could not type or speak English but continued to text through out the night 3am! this was recently with my friend and I downloading first time and friend placed 1st delivery order using promo deal. order never delivered to home. called Doordash,they blamed 7/11 store to speak with manager. went in to speak to manager when there. manager refused to give refund when explaining. still no refund
Absolutely Useless App that will not load. sign in with phone number, verify email, verify phone number, phone number exist in another account, contact support, repeat process.... Stupidity at its lowest level
don't say In the description alcohol delivery if there is no option for it or nicotine...

It's good for when you need things but when they forget items and you have to pay a redelivery fee and service fee plus another tip for the driver it isn't that great. they really need to take into consideration when doing refunds the other money you'll have to kick out again trying to fix their employees mistakes. so far I've had to deal with this at least 3 times and it becomes a major inconvenience.
Everything was fine until a month ago. Now every store cancels my orders. Had Gold Membership and tipped on app and cash. Will no longer use it. Support doesn't even offer anything for the massive inconveniences. They blatantly lie after the order has already been cancelled, saying someone will pick it up, then it cancels an hour later. AVOID THIS APP.

Don't bother with the Gold membership. They will deliver the wrong items completely, but deny a refund saying they did not and dismiss your claim or concern. I was basically accused of lying when I received someone else's order which was a lot cheaper than what I paid. Absolutely abysmal service.
they use doordash services and drivers. the app is even structured on the doordash platform, but yet you have to pay a specific membership for 7now regardless of doordash status. I would just use doordash, but they dont sell cigarettes and my surgery prevents me from driving.
trying to get a refund on missing items and the people on the phone keep saying I'll get an email I can reply to and I'm not getting it
