app consistently freezes without opening all the way.
This app is often unresponsive when opened, Just completely blue screens and is unavailable for long periods of time. For an app that only needs to display text this is unacceptable.
absolutely horrible terribly set up inefficient unworkable unusable software. couldn't even get finished setting up the account had to contact them to cancel and there is no way to contact them They place a thing for a number and then they don't put the actual number in there either! stay away from this app it is horrible!
I really like this app, however, the latest update moved my "who's working" chart, which is one the things I (and my coworkers) use the most. it used to be that I would have three tabs at the top of my main view: Overview, Who's Working, and My Shifts. this made the Who's Working chart extremely accessible and that setup was perfect. it's way more difficult to get to now, requiring multiple steps before I can actually see the chart. this is extremely frustrating! please put it back!

I hate this app, it is trash, it never opens and it glitches constantly and it seriously needs some work because this is just horrid.
new update makes the app expereince worse cant see whos working the day anymore from the labor page major step backwards
absolutely horrible since the new update. I don't have the who's working graph anymore on my front page. That's the most useful part of this app for our business when filling out daily position boards. Now I have to run to and from the computer.
can not get into the app at all. it keeps wanting me to enable it,but won't let me !!! then it freezes up ! very frustrating.... Not Good !
worst payroll service ever
pictures uploaded from Android devices get a lot of compression, making it really difficult to read after uploaded. pictures uploaded from iPhone are not compressed. I already contacted support, ticket number 830518.
Developers forget to add a new chat button for the android users, which is at the top right corner in IOS.
I am unable to contact a support team and cannot access my W-2's on account of the restaurant being inactive. please help

Why did you get rid of shift overview with all employees shown in a timline? Bring that feature back
constantly loading icon, constant glitches, bugs, oh & it is the app I use for my job so there is that depression.
