Does not support NEWER phones (2024 and newer) I have a Samsung S24 Ultra and the app is not supported. I can only install it on my tablet. NOT VERY USEFUL!
9292 geeft automatisch reisadviezen op basis van de dienstregeling en actuele meldingen van vervoerders. Als je zoekt op Maastricht naar Brussel Zavantum, stuurt 9292 je eerst naar Eindhoven, dan naar Breda en vervolgens naar Brussel. Dat is 2 uur langer dan de route in de NS-app. It's pretty good on local travel .

When you're trying to scroll, the app keeps loading an ad under your scroll so you accidentally click it (click-jacking) to farm adsense. Flagged as malicious. Dark pattern against ToS.

scammers, paid for ticket, not only it took me a weird way, but from 3-lef trip, it gave me only for 2, and the second trip got expired 2 hours before my sceduled departure.
Why are you sharing data with 297 third parties? Ridiculous. But, if you decline then the app doesn't work.

Werkt niet, bus rijdt voor m'n neus voorbij terrible hij 5 min overtaking had volgens app en dit is zeker niet de eerste keer. Als je app niet werkt als men blijft checken is het niet gek dat men de bus mist
Subtle manipulation through loot boxes? pathetic. Marketing shouldn't be disguised as a "gift". People just want to use busses with your app, nothing more.
impossible to use for tourists without cell service in Europe . the good first, easy to plan your travels with train metro and tram and bus. DON'T BUY TICKETS THROUGH THE APP. you need wifi/data to buy tickets, no biggie. the tickets,QR code,don't show up until 15 minutes before travel. by this time you are at bus metro train station,...... and there's no wifi..... sooo you can't get through the gate to enter the station. the info pole is no help either. Bizarre.
I use this app daily, it's the best! But since the last update the app doesn't open. It's just stuck on the loading black screen that says "9292" and I can leave it like that for hours, it won't load...
waarom kan je een route opslaan als je de opgeslagen route nergens terug kan vinden? waarom als je terug de tijd in gaat (3 uur) staat er gewoon dat er geen reisadvies is gevonden op de gegeven tijd? Deze app is zinloos!

Terrible app that can end up costing you far more than expected. When selecting a destination, it first displayed a ticket price of €1.90, but at the payment step, it suddenly increased to €5.50. I couldn’t find any explanation for this change. I even tried reinstalling the app in case it was a bug, but the issue remained. Since I needed to use it several times in a single day, I was repeatedly overcharged. I strongly recommend using any other method to purchase tickets instead of this app.
After construction work at Raalte station about 3-4 months ago, it still states to go to the Westdorlpaan. That bus stations was temporary and 1-2 km away. No one can walk that distance in 2-3 minutes. After many suggestions and later complaints, nothing changed. Maybe it's not that important because it's outside the 'randstad'. Who knows. Edit Dear Senne, still nothing has been fixed after a few weeks.
Bus did not came and eventually I had to take uber. I waited too long as a tourist with two luggages. I am charged and contacted them. still not refunded.

I don't get why dutchies like this over other map apps, ads take more screen real estate then the actual product and I had to deny privacy related pop ups. Functionally it's the same as similar apps with no ads.

The walking travel time is poorly calculated in this app. According to this app a 23min walk should be done in 16. Even with jogging/sprinting as a reasonably fit person I missed my transport thanks to this app.
De live tracker van de bussen doet het nu inmiddels weken niet meer. Het is nu ontzettend lastig om in te schatten of ik op tijd thuis/op werk aankom gezien de bus die ik neem regelmatig te vroeg of te laat is. Wordt hier inmiddels iets aan gedaan?
