As of the most recent update, the app doesn't accept keyboard input properly, deletes emojis from messages, and fails to register when users type in the message box. This is extremely inconvenient.
i don't even want to 1* . very bad application. I log in after I download, and the next day, it automatically logs out. I forgot the password, so keep trying to send verifications code but not getting any code. even I try to create a new account that is also not happening, worst apps.

It was my first time to install and create my account on this app and I can't find the setting on how to delete my account on this app because I just don't like it.
I have used this app before and subsequently deleted it. Now trying to signup again and it everytime I try it's not sending me the signup email link. No link at all after many tries.

Cannot use Canada number to very. Network error on every phone. Paid for premium 3 days ago. Credit card shows payment taken 1 day ago. Still ads, and when I try to purchase premium, Google says I am already subscribed. Uninstall and reboot, same issue. Tried on Japanese a53 and Canadian s24 ultra
Used this app in the past frequently, was very positive, so I paid for a premium membership. I stopped using the app, so I made sure to cancel my subscription. However, I noticed on my bank statement this month, there was a charge from Team AB for the cost of a premium membership. Double checked my subscriptions and 9M isn't on there, so this is clearly their mistake.
I paid for a subscription, and it will NOT activate! THEY STEAL MONEY PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

Instructions indicated that an email containing a passcode/password would be sent to me upon registration, which works then activate my account. I tried several times, but no email was sent. Unbelievable 🙄 Uninstalled.

The app won't let me send pictures or set new ones for my profile. This "dating" app has more problems than any other that I've ever used.

The worst site ever, total waste of time, after making friends in months, then you lose all in one day without no good reason, they should try to work on their site, how can you log someone out of his/her account without any sign of notification or warning. You better review your policy or nobody will download this app
Why can't I open my 9monsters again, it's saying wrong email and password combination
I was logged out by the app. Upon re-logging in myself with the correct password, the app state that it was wrong. I can't even do a password reset. Your incoming password reset emails prompted "password reset failed". I need help, I do not want to lose my contacts on your platform.
I'm using it on Android (SS note10+) It's been crashing for several days whenever text comes in. Please fix this ASAP
It is absolutely trash. It only covers a few countries and even the registering email comes in Chinese. Looks like they believe everyone knows it.

The app is overall OK but, the filters do not work, which greatly limits the Match feature, since you have a limited number per day.
So I open the app one day and found myself logged out.. Tried all ways to log in to no avil. Went to support n it says if username n password is correct n I can't log in means it's deleted n there's no way to recover it.. Like.. Wth? Why was my account delete with no reasons whatsoever. I've used the app for years.. Am truly disappointed in this app now

App lets you create an account, upload pictures and enter personal information. A day or two later, it asks that you agree to the Terms & Conditions but it only shows them in Japanese! You cannot delete your existing account from the T&C page. This is a violation of the European GDPR.
This app is not working on my phone, I have tried to upload my picture but is not working at all
