since this app updated I have been unable to log on. Oops something went wrong. it has been days. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled it. Uninstalled cleared cache and restarted my phone, then reinstalled it. still oops something went wrong. this was a 5 start app. assuming it gets fixed it may be 5 stars again

nost things link back to the website so I don't see the point of an app, it doesn't list all gas prices in the app if you can even find them. it only lists some and there not the cheapest.
can't open the app at all to pay for the insurance and print new insurance cards
The onboard system consistently indicates distracted driving, even when the phone remains untouched. It fails to record comprehensive driving data, and the segments it does capture invariably show distracted driving, irrespective of driver actions.
miserable first man said my new battery was no good The second man came with a battery and said it was a connection need to be cleaned and cleaned them. They said it was in the yellow drive for twenty minutes and didn't do a load test like the first man did. my wife had to use my truck my shop did a real load test seven volts and one smoking cell we had to put a new battery in the jeep, not one problem for the rest of the winter. I still have my new one year old junk battery. 029 AAA
I haven't been able to use this app in months. It crashes upon hitting the icon it does not open and it freezes my phone
burns up my battery too much, makes my phone run hot. i understand that you need to fillow me but not when i am home 90% of the time. or my daughter/ son drives us in her/ his vehicle. its sirt of cool but etremely annoying how overly drains my phone battery just at home. i am not a daily commuter. maybe 10 miles a week if even at that.

This app is not good at all! Not sure if it was the recent update, but it's garbage now. Nothing loads! It's completely WORTHLESS!!!
driving tracker isn't workin on OneUI 8.5
the on boarding experience is absolutely psychotic. someone needs to get their app engineers to re-evaluate how safe driving actually works and implement it properly. god forbid you have to break because someone cuts you off and you chose not to smash into him.
What's the point of having an app if it never loads, never lets you sign in and constantly get "oops, there's and error" and shuts out- and yes, it's "up to date" .....

Astonishing that a reputable company like AAA would enable a program that never should have made it out of Beta Testing.Conflicting, contradictory instructions. Capricious recording, nonsensical data.First you don't have to log in every trip.Then, by steps you have to not only log in, but be connected to Mobile Data (understandable) ,but then Wifi, and then later Bluetooth (which has a range of about 35 feet).Then it still does not record right.Waste of time, sanity, and most of all, BATTERY.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. IT'S A FRAUD!!! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS APP! one star for attention but they deserve nothing but deletion!!!

I go weeks with no incidents at all, perfect driving, then almost 90... imaginary excuse to keep my discount in the 80s bracket. It's obviously rigged. Yesterday I noticed I hit 94. I told my wife, "Watch, out of the blue there's going to be a hard break or a distracted driving that pushes me down." I drove some errands without incident... 3 hard breaks! 89.
I have a car in tow right now and every time the app closes I have to log back in
