Of all the apps I use this is far and away the worst. constant updates, have to log in every time it loads, gas feature which used to be really great goes off to another site that is so so. Constant need to reset password. AAA service is fantastic, app is awful.

I updated from the old app and now it says I'm not a member. I updated from the white app to the blue app. That's when this issue started.
App does not open with new updates
request assistance to start auto pay; I entered my account information 4x but it would not work; the representative got on the phone, put me on mute and then the call was dropped or rep hung up on me.
I have had insurance with aaa for a year now. I look at my proof of insurance and it says June of 2026 to June of 2027. Today is the first of April 2026. I go to contact them from the app and it asks for my membership number. if I am signed into the app why does it not know my membership number. I shouldn't have to look it up. also my proof of insurance should be accurate in the app.
stalled in the middle of highway OnStar contracts AAA they responded rapidly and told me 20 minutes long story short 3 hours later we were dropping off 3 hours later on Saturday I called for the key service I'm a premier member they said the locksmith was in route 10 minutes after ETA I called and was told that I could tow it to a dealer that the locksmith can't fix a 1997 ignition it's too old ca n't be expected to fix everything started comparing it to Ferraris I just hung up at that point
This app is totally useless if you plan to make changes to your policies like removing a car you don't have anymore. After wasting your time following the steps to remove it, at the moment of submitting, it pops a screen telling the Oops the system is down so you have to call customer service in normal hours. What is the meaning to have this application if you have to end talking to customer service anyway. It seems like the app doesn't work on the weekends like a regular employee.
Took 10 min to register my tow request. Never got a dispatch confirmation and ended up having to call it in anyway because I wasn't going to chance it. My recommendation is to have live agents on the chat.
The app is faulty especially when there's no service. It recorded 3 separate hard braking events from one stop and a long distracted event recently when we hit no service until we stopped driving. This isn't the first time I've had issues.
One app....but I have the insurance, renters and membership. Can't view all on this one app. However, if I can...where are the options??? Make life simpler...
