This app is unreliable and seems to fail when you need it most. Attempts to login only return to the login screen. Login is still possible using Windows 11 desktop but not with the app.

I can't sign in.
Started off good, was able to sign up and pay for my membership but now it just keeps going in a loop when I try to request a tow. Going to call instead.
constantly logs me out of the app. now it won't log in anymore. it accepts the log in info then sends me back to the app where I am still not logged in.

I had the app, selected shop then it asks which shop and keeps telling me to get the app. I play the game and press get the app, opens Google store, I search for AAA and it says open, not install because I already have the app. AAA has not been user friendly for the last year or so but just gets worse. claiming bugs are fixed is hilarious.
when you need it the app says unexpected error and doesn't want to work with opening the roadside assistance. what use is having the app then😔
The worst app ever!I can never sign in.I wish I could give it zero out of five!I've never given anybody anything but five stars.this is the only time I've ever decided I needed to say something negative as a review. this is the worst app ever!So I called them cuz I needed my membership number to give to the tow truck guy.they couldn't identify that I was a member through my address eventually concluding they needed my membership number to determine if I was a member.confirmation # was useless.
This app is horrible. Clicking on "View Benefits" takes you to a renewal page and won't let you see your benefits. Even though renewal is months away. Everything I click on takes me to a renewal page or my address info instead of what I clicked on. What a worthless piece of garbage
any one try to set up a car rental? guess what, who ever is the app developer forgot to put a set button. after selecting a time, you have the option to clear or cancel the setting. how about saving it? guess not that important? Stupid.
I wouldn't know. I've tried downloading it and on my android phone I can't accept the terms without closing the window so I had to delete it.
terrible customer service.
In its entirety, it's a useless app. I'm unsure why it's even still up on the store. the fact the first page redirects you to download a secondary app or go to the website proves this.
App cannot truly install on my Samsung phone. I'm stuck on the Acceptance of Terms page where the AGREE button is exactly over the phone's back button. Can't agree to terms, no app. The rating should actually be a zero for how poorly this was developed.
one of the worst apps in the entire play store. constantly logs out , nothing works. clicking on any links is useless. perfect example of how an application should not be.

The app does allow you to login or create an account. I am able to login successfully from the web, a terrible experience for new users who purchased products from AAA. I reached out to AAA customer support, request uninstall/reinstall app, clean cache/storage etc.. didn't work and asked me to wait for 24 hours and redo the process.
I buy the premium service in case my car breaks down one business trips so I can have 150+ miles towing back home. TWICE now this has happened and they left me sitting for over 8 hours on the side of the road overnight. They don't compel tow trucks to take jobs, just offer them up to the first willing. So basically you're screwed as a customer if you have a long haul. Hate this service and will be canceling.
Not sure what's going on but the app won't even let me sign in, saying that an unexpected problem has occurred with my account and to try again later. It's been 2 days now of this. I can't even use the roadside assistance through the app. Before this I never had an issues. I've tried Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing changes.

I am unable to link shell fuel rewards with my AAA account via AAA app as I am getting a message that browser not supported for captcha. AAA Cards should not be in all caps because you keep sending me things with my name wrong. My last name is VanDatta. Not Vandatta. I am sure many people are frustrated that their names are being butchered by remedial technology. Get a new company for your app, stat. Android user.
unable to sign in
The Worst Insurance Company Ever, I had Them For 6 months and I found a Cheaper Insurance Company and let them know a Month in advance to cancel my policy and they still took out a payment. The App doesn't show you your bill breakdown, how much you are paying monthly, so it seems like they are hiding that part so they can screw you over every chance they get.
Near Me filters don't work correctly. Selecting ONLY Gas brings up fitness centers, selecting Cheapest Gas doesn't even show half of the stations that have cheaper gas than the ones shown. App is useless for finding cheaper gas.

less about the app and more about the claims adjuster but since no one responds here we go. Claims adjuster had wrong address, phone number, and CLAIM on the auto policy yet sent multiple nasty certified letters saying we were hindering the investigation. attempt to call and it goes straight to voice mail which she does not respond to. finally call the general claims line and get some answers only for the woman to send the papers at 4:30 on Friday knowing we won't have time to finish before EOB.
they cannot figure out how to get you proof of insurance so they will not be keeping my money
Truly useless. I sat in a rock slide zone putting my info in just to have it tell me to call the #, after that told me to use the app. I've given this company so much money over the years but the last few times they have just left me for hours by the side of the road. Some of the operators working there are genuinely vile people now, who get off on leaving you stranded and lecturing you about Jesus or whatever. Never supporting this company again, it's a total scam now.
this app doesn't let you change or edit your policy you have call customer service if you want to make any changes.
Horrible APP. I moved from AZ to FL four years ago and I cannot change regions via this APP. The worst!!!
Completely unusable, why on earth don't allow to copy email or phone numbers? Also I tried to add a new card after retyping the data since it kept losing it after scrolling, it came back with old one, really frustrating
I haven't been able to log in for years at this point, both on the app and the website. It tells me my email address doesn't exist so I try to create a new account, which tells me my account already exists. I have an email to update my payment information but when I even try to pay as a guest without logging in I can't. I don't know how I used to be able to get the app to work, but it's completely useless.
Well this is a new one. I created an account and it signed me out, and every time I sign in, it loops around for me to sign in again. It just keeps going in circles.

SUPER SLOW and vehicle has to be registered in order for them to tow. Never heard of foolishness like that before lol.
