Very very bad app in comparison with maadhar. Everytime whenever I want to login the app wants to check face recognition which is sometimes impossible to do. Specially when I want to unlock my biometric in hurry it's really impossible. I don't know who developed the app and under whose instruction but maadhar was far better app than this one.
Download from Aurora store gives unauthorized App store error. Support fingerprint and iris biometric options also. Use the phone's built-in fingerprint, face or iris scanner to log into the app instead of PIN. Support TOTPS, HOTPS, Passkeys, verified credentials and external Aadhaar certified biometric devices also. Add the remaining and all the other missing features from the web app and the old app.
I downloaded the app and been trying to enroll my aadhaar number with the app, all I see is "experiencing technical details"; tried it after 24 hrs and the same. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, still the same.

there is one issue that after the payment it showed that the payment was unsuccessful. although the mobile number was updated after 10-15 minutes, but this unsuccessful payment message need to be fixed ASAP

This app has been quite frustrating for me-every time there’s a new update, I end up having to re-register all over again. Honestly, it feels like the development team might need a bit more experience in creating user-friendly apps. what a waste of public money. old app was pretty good.

aadhar lock does not work, it needs unlocking biometrics first, earlier otp used to work. not I need to first unlock biometric to lock my aadhar but I need to unlock aadhar to lock biometrics again, what is this logic???
worst app it won't move after choosing Sim saying handshake fail .
So bad. It logged out and it's not registering again. SMS is not sending and stuck in the same screen.

I am unable to register because I am not receiving the SMS. The app displays the error "Security key not found" and does not generate the required key, making registration impossible. This has been a complete waste of time. The previous version of the app was much more user-friendly, reliable, and easier to operate.

DON'T DOWNLOAD. WASTE APP Like any other government app fails to register. Just another way of data collection by Government. Go to Adhaar center for smooth work. This is a complete sham.
after a lots tried face authentication failed. i think face authentication should be withdrawals fot the apps

while registering the app got an error - "security key not found please restart the registration" tried app data and cache etc. cleared but no luck. my android has the latest os and updates also. my phone model is lava blaze x. can you look into the matter.
The new Aadhaar app's 'Face Authentication' is not accessible for visually impaired users. We cannot align the camera independently. Please add Fingerprint (Biometric) or OTP-only access to make the app inclusive. Accessibility is a right-please prioritize this for Digital India.
