when trying to make payments it keeps throwing me out and giving me the 'white screen' which is extremely frustrating
absolutely the worst app and the worst service available. payments department is blooming aggressive no empathy whatsoever and also judgmental based on your name and origin

It seems your "valued" customers are not very much valued anymore, just left to hang forever on the end of a phone, or trying to work out how to understand your website/apps. It seems that being a "valued" customer of any big organisation is not so valued by those making the money for the companies.

worst app of all time
says 'App wont work for your device' - gives no further clues as to why it wont work
Installed it for the safe driver comp, it does not start recording drives most of the time, and when it does, it turns a 15 minute drive into an 8 hour recording.
the app says my phone doesn't support the app so I can't install.
update the app it doesn't open anymore. used to be good but the last few weeks it stopped opening up.

Dl'd to take part in "Australia's Safest Driver" comp... After continuously being randomly signed out.. I officially give up.. Seemed to stay logged in the first couple of times & automatically tracking everything in the background but since then I've noticed I have to sign back in almost everytime.. Noticing it ain't tracking me after the first few times caused me to sign in quickly while I was driving, which nearly caused me to have an accident once.. Yeah, I know, the irony..
compatibility issues. I have 3 devices Android 13 Android 14 Android 15. the app isn't compatible with any of my devices. Are any other people experiencing compatibility issues??
app just connect you to stupid AI, or people overseas that can't understand you in chat. when you try to call using the App it just sends you to 'download the aami app' link. worst usless App. shame AAMI for treating customer this way. this is really bad from accessibility perspective as you just waste people's time causes mental anguish
I have requested my policy documents a few times but have not received them. I get tge prompt that it has been sent to my email address but it has not been sent. trying to communicate with AAMI staff is frustratingly difficult.
downloaded for the competition but no way of logging in. pointless.
if the app can NOT predict what you do it is not reliable. Not consistent. If I am on a bus it detect me as driving. I can use a phone in a bus. It does not detect that I was driving all the time as well. Should test this app and fix the problem before tell advertising that it works. Lucky I am not with AAMI. Good idea to fix the bugs before you launch this app again. Now uninstalling it and hopefully you delete my data. As data is not correct. My score was 95 before deleted. Mrmichael.
Has the App d!ed? I've tried updating, uninstalling, reinstalling - nothing works. I have not yet been able to enter the App, let alone link my policy.

Crashed when adding policy for the first time. Can't add policy thereafter.
App never works and automatically logs me out 'for my safety'. I contacted the app support team and the eventual response was that they were experiencing difficulties with the app. this was a month ago. just tried to log in again, same issue. Genuinely considering changing all our insurance from AAMI due to the poor customer service and ineffectual response.
Something wrong with App. Doesn't work on my Pixel 9 Pro. Did all the trouble shooting but no solution. Called customer care and they want my personal details to look into the App. Why do I need to provide that to the technical team? Is this just another way to harvest personal information?

This app is terrible, it takes ages to login. I have a really fast Internet connection and one of the latest smartphones, even with these things, this app is extremely slow.
since the update it doesn't work
l used this app all the time and loved it. Now it doesn't work on my phone as it has been updated and now I get a message that my phone apparently doesn't support the new update. I have an OPPO.
Unacceptable, showstopper bug: requires "registration", and that demands date of birth, and expects me to click, 1 month at a time. Sorry not your fool, to waste my time. Uninstalled.
not being able to log in via the web and password resets emails nor SMS texts appearing, I download the app. Same problem. And forget about getting through on the phone! Hopeless. So I uninstalled the app. Very disappointed. Time to shop around and move a few long held policies.

"This app won't work for your device" Google Play doesn't even allow me to download it to my phone. Perhaps make a critical app such as this work on all Android devices if it is available on Google Play? Brand new phone operating Android v14 with 14GB RAM, yet somehow the AAMI app is not compatible...

AAMI are a rip-off , but then so are all insurance company's , they've been happy to take my money but when it comes to actually helping......
email cannot be typed. only one letter can be typed in the login window which means it's impossible to login. android. fix it asap.
Chatbot is the worst I've ever used. Does a poor job understanding anything outside of the preselected responses and when asked to speak to someone just goes back to the beginning in a loop

Having to log in every time you open the app is the most annoying feature. The app and email notifications are timed/delayed in a way that makes me think their IT systems are outdated. It's annoying.
Keeps giving errors when you reopen the app. You have to log out and log back in again every time. Parts of the app like messaging are like a wrapper for the mobile site not a proper app, not a great user experience.
