Unusable. I renewed my subscription after a lapse. I downloaded the app again, but when I try to sign in - nothing. It doesn't decline me, it just sits and spins.
Trying to stay permanently on app without having to change password .You are missing me off making it impossible to change my password.

This app is so frustrating! I can see the home screen but anytime I try to open an article or game I just get a spinning wheel. This even happens if I try to open an article from a notification. The app is not in sleep mode so nothing should prevent it from working. I'll probably try to uninstall and then reinstall one more time, after that I give up! So annoying to get all the constant notifications but not even be able to see something that looks interesting!

prompts for login every time I switch to a new section. for example switching from games to rewards. I have to enter my login 10 times just to navigate the app. I would give this zero stars if I could.

AWFUL signing in.
I don't see how people are giving positive reviews about this app. Every time I want to read an article, all I get is a blank white screen with a red circle that keeps spinning round and round and round and round and round and round, and it lasts forever and a day without an article loading up. I'm sick of this. My membership is being wasted with an app I can't even use. What a waste of my money and time. Since you refuse to fix the app, I'm going to have to cancel my membership. FIX IT!!! 🤬🤬

This app is getting a little annoying, sending multiple notifications in a day. Not sure if there is a setting I need to adjust. Just because I'm an older adult does not mean I sit around all day reading articles.

Glitchy at best and lags a lot, the UX is pretty terrible as well, unfortunately. Stick to the website.
The app freezes and I get a lot of page errors. It makes it really frustrating to navigate
