The original was better
this game makes me want to cry so much. In the Abc mouse premium the game is stuck most of the time ,and the abc mouse that doesnt costs money when I see the login feature and I don't want to pay any more cause I'm scared that my money might be wasted if I will eventualy delete this game I hope you would lower the punches, forever day I wont stop being board. and i wish that both of the abc mouse will be more useful for ages until 9-120.
good app if you want your kids to play video games,but if you want real learning there is none here.

what is for like toddlers all the way to 12th grade but it's just toddlers only to second grade I in third grade so I need to be like ready for 4th grade and 5th grade 6th 7th grade 8th grade 9th grade and 5th grade

I don't want to leave a star ABCmouse just took 1499 out of my account and now the app doesn't want to work I'm not reinstalling the app I've done that already just put my money back and cancel my subscription
mine won't let me put my child's name in or go in settings
ABC mouse deleted my review. writing another one. I've had horrible experience, they literally "moused" my money. it's a rat not a mouse. 0 help from customer support as well. I wrote this review after contacting your "stellar* customer service.
Horrible! Forcing upgrade for additional cost to use. I've paid for this app for years. Today my daughter gets on and it tells her to grab a grownup to upgrade. You can't bypass it. The button to stay on the basic plan I've ALREADY PAID FOR does nothing! I want my money back!
The app is entertaining for my toddler and helps reinforce things we're teaching but the letter and number tracing games will accept any scribble instead of helping with accuracy. I'm sorting low because I'm only downloading the app on my phone because there's no other way to edit the account online and the browser is blocked on my kid's device. Really inconvenient.
