terrible app
Scam site. After canceling, they charged us for 5 months and wouldn't even refund 1 month. Customer service is a bot. The material is overrated, and there are much better options out there. Avoid at all costs.
I hate it.
Material is too difficult. I opened the app to find an abc song for my son, and it has videos about long sentences, onomatopoeias, and word families. No abc song. It also uses false advertising. If the connection drops for half a second, the app does.
overpriced, and they will charge your card for every button you push! then you call customer service and they tell you the charges you incurred unintentionally are "non refundable". nope. luckily I got every penny back but then canceled it all and would rather take half my money elsewhere for the same benefits without hidden fees and random charges!
I get it comes down to me being in a hurry, not giving it my full attention, but it shouldn't be multiple steps and then some, just to cancel a subscription. After the first two separate pages, Cancel and Yes, continue cancellation, one would assume the subscription is cancelled. Not if you're cancelling ABCmouse. Convenient that on top of that, they don't offer refunds. I got the trial for my nephew and couldn't justify the price in the end, thought I cancelled, and now my account is overdrawn.
I wish there was a free basic version for children.

I canceled this app over a month ago and i'm still being built for please stop , please stop
so I signed up for the free trial for my kid and installed it on his tablet and immediately cancelled so I wouldn't get charged when the trial ended but I was charged anyway and the subscription isn't anywhere in my account to be cancelled. was just charged again for the 2nd time today for a subscription I do not have.
This App was installed on my Samsung Tablet and I COULDN'T OPT OUT!!! I had to uninstall it after installation! It's an app for children, who lets a child play with a thousand dollar rablet?

pricey for nothing
It almost tricked my kid into paying for premium after playing one game on basic. Using IXL instead.
I'm here from aditup and was supposed to b a free trial they charged my PayPal account for my last 2 bucks it's freeeeee no they charge u then I can't get a refund either it's up this app to give the refund even though they charge me 2 bucks for free trial it says zero on charges soon as u click free trial they take ur money off ur card I trusted aditup for my phone bill but now I'm deleting the app and I'm done
Not working since update.
I'm disappointed with ABCmouse I had it for about 8 months put on the learning path where it actually counts it has been glitching and has just stopped working they won't let you go any further and if you average technical support it really didnt help. if you can't do what you sign up to do I really think it should be a refund on the stages you can't get past at least on the days you have remaining.

A lot of interactions are not great for very little ones or autistic children. For example, the books read out loud UNLESS you try to turn the page yourself, then it just stops. Tracing exercises can be completed by just tapping anywhere and it says Great Job which reinforces NOT attempting the exercise. On the plus side my child enjoys giving the mouse a high five.
I love this app for my son but i am not happy I have woken up this morning and my son wanted to watch his video of the 5 little ducks and it is completely gone i cannot find it at all and my son is really upset about it
a fan noise that my son does not like and it won't stop
