Bad experience in booking and cancelling of ticket now they are telling me there will be no refund .This was the worst experience I had NVR again will book it through Abhibus
Fraudulent company. Application has glitches, booked tickets for a single seat and actually got one seat in double seats. Third class experience with this app.
Due to sudden medical emergency, I was unable to travel and request cancellation with applicable not refunded

It's better to book RTC bus rather than private travells in abhi bus. Difficult to get updates even the bus got cancelled. Abhi bus also not providing a good solution for customer when passenger face the problem with private travells.
one of the worst app to book a bus to be honest, bus has so many issues and has 4 star rating. change the name to ShittyBus seriously. it suits you better.

Such a useless service. Please be careful while booking because they can't guarantee your travel even after taking convenience charges. Last weekend, I booked a journey & reached the pickup point before time. bus was already delayed by 20-25 mints, & I even called to confirm its arrival. Later, they claimed the bus had already left & that someone else had boarded using my name. After multiple calls, they admitted it was their mistake & promised refund. now, despite submitting proofs to abhbus.
