moeizaam, onhandig en kan stukken better qua ux
Installatie op een nieuwe telefoon kostte 7 pogingen, steeds weer na invoeren gegevens en inlezen id mislukt en dan weer opnieuw in plaats van eerdere gegevens te bewaren. Eerder ellende omdat je niets meer kunt betalen zonder werkende telefoon. Telefonische bereikbaarheid nul.

Meer dan een jaar verder en nog steeds geen optie om screenshots te maken. Los daarvan is het nogal ouderwets dat je vanaf 10 uur s avonds niet meer geld op je creditcard kunt zetten.

op een of andere manier kan hij de fotos niet verwerken en dus de app niet koppelen aan de kaart.
app doesn't work when redirected to pin reminder, upgrade card. Something went wrong, "apologies for the inconvenience".
why need this app? that is what the card is for. If not, no added value over any regular bank card.
Comparing it with competitors, don't waste your time and money. Terrible custom service. Hard to login, hard to activate card. No fast response or chat help. Login won't work even in their official website. You want to have access to your bank. Forget about it. App look and feel bad, and separated from the main app of ABN amro.
not working after recent update
my app suddenly needed to be reactivated without prior notice. caused a lot of delay and made me have to approval of payment twice. why wasn't I warned about this beforehand? made me wonder whether this whole process was genuine and that i was not submitting all my information to some scammer.
There is no experience, the last update doesn't work, normally ABN Amro apps are not too efficient but those last one is ridiculous, specially when you are abroad and urgently need it. Omg. I tried the proposed solution but still don't work.
Bedankt voor je antwoord op mijn bericht, maar er zit een fout in de app om geld te bijstorten. De webversie werkt prima, maar de app werkt niet. Je moet me geloven en het laten controleren bij iemand. De fout is wanneer u probeert geld te bijstorten door de abn ics app en ideal. De web versie werkt prima maar the app versie doet het niet.
Even though I am categorised as an 'extra kaarthouder' it would be handy if I can pay off the card myself through the app as it comes from the same -gezamenlijke- account for which I am completely financially liable. ICS and ABNAMRO keep on making discriminatory categories of their clients. Seeing as I am always characterised as subordinate to the hoofd-rekeninghouder. In paying off the credit card, in everything on the credit card which I am still liable for. Fix this please it's 2025 not 1925
App will not open. No longer working. Removed , installed, removed ,installed , removed , restart phone. Installed , restart phone. Nothing is helping. Open and logo is showing. Nothing working. How many days will your server be down.? I cannot connect due to your server issues.
App refuses to load past the log in screen, which makes it useless. Cannot sign in to verify payments. Most unstable experience
No suppprt for Google Wallet/Pay, but yet support for Apple Pay, while Android is the mozt used operating system. Also payments are not prcoessed after 10pm. As soon as I can I will leave.
Werkt niet met vpn
Claimt verzekerde uitgaven, maar krijg geen enkele hulp of restitutie van ics na niet geleverde zending!

Activation card: card not recognised Activation person: code not received at email. As a product owner I think it's laughable that that's the loop. Now I'm stuck and probably many more are. A phone number for support is my only way forward....
Does not activate and support is non existent
There are many options in the app that require visiting a website, which is not what an app should do. Also, no Google Pay support? This should be done by now.
Was this app developed in 2010? Why is there no notification to approve payment? Who thought it made sense to perform 5 clicks before approving a payment, not to mention to type the pin twice!
One of the most user- unfriendly apps!
The app does not allow one card to be used on two devices. So we would need another credit card just to be able to make credit card purchases with this app.

Slow, buggy, stupid long animation on start, no suppport for Google Wallet.
This app is terrible. I cannot log in more than 60-70% of the time. I get a message saying "unable to connect to the server". Because of that, I can't use my credit card for online purchases.
Why would an app deny me to make screenshots?

I am currently abroad (within EU) connected via my 5G connection and the app cannot authenticate... It now only works via WiFi!!! This is a serious problem, I cannot perform a single online purchase!!
Worst app - shame for financial institute. Doesn't open anymore on my new phone (fold 4). In the past it sometimes did but now permanent time out. I needed to switch back to my old phone to approve payments. Will change banking providers. This is a joke. Thanks for getting back to me, it is still not working on this phone. It did before but I only get the logo and it freezes immediately
I cannot complete the installation because the sms arrives too late
Not able to authenticate as text message arrives after 10minutes and the code in text message is only valid for 10minutes. Did not have this problem with web version, received authentication text immediately. Credit card not added therefore unable to even use the app.
This new design is terrible. Everytime I switch back to the app you get this ridiculous splash screen like we're back in the 90's. And overall the app is much slower than before, and my Pixel 6 is not a slow phone, so that's not the issue. Fix the app and bring it back to the 21'st century please.
Terrible. The app claims I am not connected to the internet though I am, and it refuses to log me in. It's been like that for days. Just use the website, not this app.

it is almost impossible to use for identification purposes. update : apparently , ABN AMRO does not provide credit cards to customers who reside in NL with a residence card. This should be stated in their app.
the app asks me to approve a payment but doesn't show the amount. that's plain stupid!
why did you stop showing who is requesting the payment? I only see the amount due now, not the recipient. as a user approving a payment, i want to validate the amount and the recipient, so my money only goes where I want it to go with my authorization.
