The login just doesn't work properly. Fingerprint feature crashes every few other days, when you put a CORRECT pin nothing is happening, you can't access your funds! Great 👍
Gets stuck on "Done" when logging in with biometric chip on any ID. No change even with reply - app has not ben updated in a month either.
The latest version is often stuck on the loading screen (after unlocking the app)
A very poorly developed application does not work at all, I scanned for 30 minutes and took over 40 pictures with, drive license, passport, id card...and it still does not work. NFC does not work and when it does, after scanning the screen remains white. I am starting to regret opening an account, I will probably call them to close it. 👎The Samsung 25 that I have has the final version of Android 16, not the Beta version. and that does not excuse the lack of proper functioning of the application

the apps task list is bad. first of all of forces one to check ones account daily, secondly it pretends to gate transactions but actually in some cases it doesn't . in that way late approval leads to double payments and you are left to figure out yourself how to repair that.
Within last week the app crashed twice leaving me without access to my account. I can't login to the account as it requires scanning the qr code from the app or pay using the app as it also requires scanning qr code. The only way is to clear the date which requires setting it up from scratch, scanning the passport, taking face photo etc... Maybe you should roll back to the old version b because after the update this is unusable and I am seriously considering moving to a different bank.
Na jarenlang ongehinderd gebruik te kunnen maken van de app, op enkele storingen na, heeft ABN enige tijd terug besloten om betalingen te bevestigen met een swipe actie. Onhandig en onnodig. Gelukkig kon ik dit uitschakelen. De bank vind het daarna nodig de gebruiker lastig te vallen met een pincode en geen automatische vingerafdruk meer. Vingerafdruk was mogelijk door op het icoon te klikken in het numerieke deel. Dat is nu ook belemmerd door de optie te verwijderen. Dankjewel ABN 😡 -10
Horrible app. Cant sign up because NFC isn't working and the customer service is just useless. NFC on all other apps is working just fine. Stay away from ABN.

Shows unread notifications all the time, even though there are none.
The app asks for an update every month. this is very unprefossinal and unnecessary, the aspects of the app that we always use are the same. the constant updates are very annoying. it shows lack of planning from the company and the app development team. I hope this constant updates can stop.
Yoehoee, ik krijg steeds de melding dat ik mn toestel moet updaten, de app zou enkel werken met android 12 en hoger, deze heb ik dan ook geïnstalleerd! MAAR DE APP WERKT NOG STEEDS NIET GDVDMM
While other banks work with different versions of Android, ABN demands that I buy a new phone for their application, because my beloved Moto 5G with curved edges runs Android 11 and its to old. I'd rather change the bank! Web banking every time wants e.dentifier And yes, tell all of this "security purposes" to SNS, Rabo and ING, because their apps normally works with any android older then 12. A lot of devices with LineageOS even with android 8 still receiving security update. Shame on you!
ending support on Android 11 and for using bank app , how many people need to buy a new phone.. this is not as a user I will expect.

wie de layout heeft verandert zo met al die doode ruimte en veelste groote buttons moet ontslagen worden. kan geen eens mijn PIN normaal meer invullen omdat die nu niet het hele toetsenbord netjes laat zien daar moet je voor naar beneden scrollen. wat een onzin het was goed zo als het was nu lijk ik wel een 80 jarige oma die alle letters op 300% moet zetten

Ending support on a bit older Android version on a bank app that people rely on is just unacceptable.
Vanwege ABN AMRO's arbitraire denken hebben ze mijn Android versie geblokkeerd, omdat het niet meer veilig was. Dat is onzin, want nu ben ik geforceerd minder veilige apparaten te gebruiken voor mijn bank activiteiten.
Achterlijke app kan nog steeds niet omgaan met nieuw rekeningnummer in adresboek.

The daily limits have a stupid design. Why does transfering to internal savings account use up your daily limit? How does that help with security? Also, the fact that you can't set the daily limit to an amount higher than what you have in your account is stupid. It means you can't prepare if you're expecting more money than usual. You have to remember to update the daily limit when you've just been paid so you can set it to a high amount. Not being allowed to use your own money is frustrating.

Completely impossible to identify yourself using Passport or Driver's license. Scanning NFC gives an error instantly telling you to hold your phone still even if it's lying flat on the table. Fix your app please.
the last 2 days, I tried to log in and it keeps on requesting to set up a new daily limit to proceed with the log in. Even though I have changed the daily limit and updated the app it doesn't allow any further steps. I also couldn't proceed with any online transaction from my laptop. (only physical payment by card was working)
The app constantly freezes and shows an annoying "ABN Amro has stopped responding" pop-up every 3 seconds. When I click 'Wait', the app works fine. It's been like this for years.

Can you kindly keep the app available for Android 11? I can't update my phone to the latest software and banking app is an everyday necessity in NL, especially so because you have no physical premises across the country and everything has to be done online. The idea that I can't use the app just because I don't have the latest phone is pure madness. This is the fastest way to lose most of your customers. Is there anything you can do to keep the app available for Android 11?

ik probeer al drie jaar mijn vrouw mederekeninghouder te maken. lukt hen niet.
"aangekondigde incasso" maar wat de incasso dan is, wanneer, en hoeveel, kun je nergens terugvinden. Nee, ook niet onder het kopje "toekomstig". daar heb je alleen ai generated slop van wat de bank denkt dat je vaste lasten zijn op basis van betalingspatronen.
Cannot make payment requests without downloading a separate app

Vanmorgen op magische wijze, nadat ik me hier negatief heb ge-uit over je 💩 app, krijg ik een unexpected error bij inloggen. Herinstalleerd en werkte weer even en nu niet meer. Maar ondertussen wel steeds de maandprijs verhogen.
bad credit card app and unhelpful staff... saving on the back of clients is both stupid and unfair.
the new ui forces a link to tikkie on the front page. too bad that I cannot use tikkie because it is not available for me to download!

It feels so unintuitive how the physical back button works there and it's frustrating when I use it for reviewing my Expenses. A notification that an expense is uncategorized would help so that the user wouldn't need to spend a lot of time every few weeks/months to clean those up. The Insights graphs and the amounts there cannot be trusted quite often!

It works and not buggy, features are limited tough: no virtual creditcard, creditcard management , currency accounts on demand.
hey I cannot finish the process of activating ABN AMRO, after I scanned my ID and the NFC chip, it says "Done!", but it does nothing. why do you set these methods if you cannot make them work??
Normaal is het een prima app, maar sinds een tijdje is hij zo ongelooflijk traag. Inloggen kost zo'n 2 minuten. Geld overmaken datzelfde of langer. Antwoord: Nee, dit is de laatste update. Er staan geen nieuwe updates klaar.
Iedere maand krijg ik een update van Xiaomi. Na zo'n update werkt de ABNAmro app niet meer en moet ik deze opnieuw installeren met veel gedoe (identifier etc.). AUB fixen! Dank.
