Probeer de app te downloaden maar kom niet verder dan dat de app 'will be installed soon'. Zelfde met de Tikkie app.

horrible verification progress. you need the app for absolutely everything. no website app. their chatbot is just a waste of tokens and time.

everything was fine until a few weeks ago. The app crashes right after the ABN splash screen on startup. i just updated to the June 2 version and it's still crashing. This effectively breaks all iDeal payments!

Storing App, Internet alles zonder mogelijkheid om contact te krijgen met de bank, want dat vereist app of internet bankieren. Heeeeel goed opgezet. EDIT: @Melanie dank voor je reactie. Als je in het buitenland zit is het niet altijd mogelijk om te bellen of een bandje af te luisteren.

Sinds de laatste android update van vier maanden geleden werkt de app alleen nog één dag nadat ik hem geïnstalleerd heb. De rest van de maand loop ik maar met de e-dentifier op zak. De app logt me niet meer in totdat ik opnieuw installeer. Nergens ook enige vorm van contactmogelijkheid hierover die snel genoeg is om de moeite te verantwoorden. De bank hangt overduidelijk met allerlei oude niet goed aan elkaar geknoopte technieken aan elkaar. In de app ook goed te merken...

App stopped working on my phone with latest update. It simply crashes on startup. Never had any problems with it before. This is on a Google Pixel 7 with the latest Android and is up to date according to Android device health and system update menu.
App not working on Android 13 fairphone 3 and customer service can be contacted or called via the app. super handy!!

I can't open the app anymore since today on my Android phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same problem. The latest update ruined it. I tried on my iPad and it got stuck on the update. So I can't login on any of the mobile devices. Get the old version back online, because this is really bad. I'm thinking of switching banks.
I had rated five stars but changing it to one. The app and internet banking has been unavailable for hours for the second time this week. there's no way to get answers and no way to complain. Completely unacceptable. I'm considering changing banks because of this. I can't use a bank with such poor internet service.

The login just doesn't work properly. Fingerprint feature crashes every few other days, when you put a CORRECT pin nothing is happening, you can't access your funds! Great 👍
Gets stuck on "Done" when logging in with biometric chip on any ID. No change even with reply - app has not ben updated in a month either.
A very poorly developed application does not work at all, I scanned for 30 minutes and took over 40 pictures with, drive license, passport, id card...and it still does not work. NFC does not work and when it does, after scanning the screen remains white. I am starting to regret opening an account, I will probably call them to close it. 👎The Samsung 25 that I have has the final version of Android 16, not the Beta version. and that does not excuse the lack of proper functioning of the application

Ik moet een nieuwe telefoon kopen, alleen maar om in te kunnen loggen en IDEAL te kunnen gebruiken. Mijn 5 jaar oude telefoon werkt nog prima 😑 En het grappige is dat ik nu online niet voor een nieuwe telefoon kan betalen 😂🤬 Leg me dat maar uit...

too many problems
getting randomly kicked out of the app for no reason when you're away and you don't have your card reader. genuinely card believe card readers are even still a thing. they were awful 20 years ago and they're still awful today.
I had no problem until yesterday; the app is just not launching anymore. No any phone settings were changed. Re-installing it, restarting the phone does not help. Frustrating. *update: 06/25/2025 The app works again
The Insights function in this app is not reliable. I use it to review monthly expenses, but this month things didn't add up, so I checked categories more closely and found several issues: incorrect totals, wrong transaction counts and "ghost" transactions (e.g. a category shows 2 transactions, but when you open it there's only 1, and the total doesn't match). My recurring savings transfer was also reclassified, distorting totals. At this point I wonder about the accuracy of past months too.
Irritante pop-up over persoonlijke tips etc blijft verschijnen ondanks dat je al je voorkeuren hebt doorgegeven.
Het werkte eerst prima maar de app crasht momenteel direct bij opstarten. Volgens mij gebeurt dit sinds de laatste update. Alle data en Cache verwijderen en volledig verwijderen en opnieuw installeren werkt ook niet. Ik krijg niet eens een inlog scherm of opnieuw instellen scherm te zien. Ik heb momenteel Android 13 (wat volgens de website nog steeds ondersteund word) met MIUI 14.0.11
