Not happy. I wasn't able to make a return. I contacted the customer service and they gave me a reply that they can't do anything because I'm one day over the return period.

Livrarea este foarte lentă. Durează 6..7 zile doar să o predea curierului, plus încă 3...4 zile până ajunge.

Cel mai prost magazin online. Comanzi ceva, primești altceva. Agenții de suport par sa fie analfabeți funcționali.

Aboutyou heeft mijn gehele wish list afgelopen week gedelete.Ook als ik inlog op mijn dektop,is er NIKS meer te vinden in mijn wish list. Waarschijnlijk is dit gebeurd na één of andere IT-update (die blijkbaar niet eerst wordt getest?!) Alle +- 100 wish list items foetsie.Andere mensen in mijn omgeving hebben dit ook ervaren.

Μόνο marketing είναι το about you, σε ζαλίζουν με τις διαφημίσεις και με τις δήθεν εκπτώσεις, και οι τιμές είναι τραγικές. Δεν προτείνω σε κανέναν να αγοράσει. Απαράδεκτοι. παρήγγειλα ένα παντελόνι και έγραφε ότι θα το παραλάβω μέχρι τις 10/12 και εντέλει ήρθε 20/12 και εκτός από την καθυστέρηση δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση για το τι γίνεται σε βάζουν να μιλάς με ένα ψεύτικο ai που δεν καταλαβαίνει και ότι ήρθε το δέμα δεν χτύπησαν καν και μου λένε πήγαινε πάρτο σε περιοχή μακριά από μένα που δεν είναι προσβάσιμη με αμάξι.

Terrible experience. Placed the order for the first time and still waiting after 12 days. They haven't even shipped it. Send an email with the order number and they say can't find anything with just order number. seriously? Buy from here at your own risk. Zero decency. Zero commitment to customer.. Update: I was lucky enough to get my money back.

i have bought a winter jacket and paid for it but they didnt even sent it to me because they are not that professional to process things in time. its been more than 3 weeks that i am waiting for my money and still all i get it request to wait. this was the horrible mistake that i did, buying from such a shity platform. not doing it again.

Not good, bugs on almost every step in the ordering process. Couldn't use my location to determine the nearest pickup location, error when entering my bank details, saying that it should only contain latin letters, which was the case, two separate bank accounts were rejected one after another. If it wasn't the good price of the item I liked, I wouldn't bother installing it.
There's no review feature, so you can't leave/read compliments/criticisms about clothes. Also, my package literally came delivered in an UNSEALED bag. the adhesive strip was unpeeled and the bag was absolutely wide open. Thank god DHL handled it well so nothing fell out in transit
