Užasna aplikacija. Već 2 sata pokušavam kupiti sportski ruksak. Svaki puta tehničke poteškoće, pokušajte kasnije. U međuvremenu se model koji sam htjela kupiti rasproda. Biram drugi i opet sve isto ispočetka. Deistalirat ću aplikaciju, više ne želim čuti za About You!
Η κοπέλα μου παρήγγειλε τσάντα Coach 330€ με προσφορά και της ήρθε απομίμηση που δεν ξέρω καν εάν κοστίζει 50€. Οποτε καταλαβαίνει κανείς ότι δεν είναι ιστοσελίδα όπου μπορείς να την εμπιστευτείς ενώ συμβαίνουν τέτοιες απάτες. Κάτι πρέπει να είναι πολύ λάθος μεσα στην εταιρεία για να έρθει απομίμηση ενώ κάποιος παρήγγειλε προϊόν αξίας.

Plina de buguri, nu iti mai accepta adresa corecta, pe care ai folosit-o ani de zile pentru ca nu sunt in stare sa implementeze o verificare de Doamne-ajuta, iti creste pretul comenzii atunci cand introduci un voucher, customer support este complet inutil si noul sistem de plata este ultimul gunoi.
Направих поръчка между 150-200 евро. В сайта беше обявана дреха със един състав на материала но получих същия на вид дреха с различен състав от по евтини материали. Естествено писах с искуствен интелект в сайта им, след това никой не се свърза с мен. Пазарувам за пръв път от ABOUT YOU. Клиент оставен сам да се оправя с лъжите на гигантска корпорация без контакт с истински хора и служители. Даваш пари за едно и получаваш друго.

Абсолютно бавно приложение. не мога да си направя акаунт, не мога да търся, общо взето не мога нищо. след като ми изписа за 50-ти път ,,страницата не може да бъде намерена" и след многократни рефрешвания вътре в самото приложение се отказах. излязох си от новосъздадения профил и го изтрих. поправете си тъпото приложение, с извинение.
SCAM ALERT: Everyone please be advised this site is a scam. when you order anything they deliberately send you wrong sizes, once you return it back. you NEVER get your refunds and the product is also lost. so please avoid this app. I lost 78 euro here. they don't want to refund me while I returned the product. after replying to my review they answered via email to send us the return receipts, which i sent already now they dont answer, so please don't lose your hard earned money on this scam app.

Geen klanten service. Na één pakket verloorgeraakt ze hebben mijn toegang geblokkeerd, daarover reden gevraagd dan ze hebben mijn klantaccount onherroepelijk verwijderd. Geen klachten afdeling. Mijn geld, mijn klantaccount en ook ook de garantie voor de andere producten nu kwijt. pas op met dit app als je bestel.

Edit:2025/05/25: wishlist & winkelmand inhoud worden niet gesynchroniseerd tussen web-site/desktop en app. En ja, ik heb ingelogd met hetzelfde account. 2)Aboutyou heeft mijn gehele wish list afgelopen week gedelete. Ook als ik inlog op mijn dektop,is er NIKS meer te vinden in mijn wish list. Waarschijnlijk is dit gebeurd na één of andere IT-update (blijkbaar niet eerst getest?!).Alle +- 100 wish list items foetsie. Velen ervaren hetzelfde probleem.Wordt maar niet gefixed😤😠😡

Unfortunately their services in Romania are awful, after my package was delayed for more then two weeks, I contacted them just to find out that I won't receive it after all, and nobody was willing to notify me about the status of my order. Apparently it was my responsibility to follow the status of the delivery, even though I notified chat a week earlier telling them that the delivery status hasn't updated for more that a week. Disappointed, absolute lack of professionalism.
Can't register new account
Not happy. I wasn't able to make a return. I contacted the customer service and they gave me a reply that they can't do anything because I'm one day over the return period.

Livrarea este foarte lentă. Durează 6..7 zile doar să o predea curierului, plus încă 3...4 zile până ajunge.
No one answers to the phone number for support and the chat bot is useless. They canceled my order because the product was not available anymore, but on the site it was, and I can't find out anywhere if and when I am getting my money back.
Cel mai prost magazin online. Comanzi ceva, primești altceva. Agenții de suport par sa fie analfabeți funcționali.

Άθλιο μαγαζί. Λένε έως 50% έκπτωση, και οι τιμές είναι υψηλότερες από τα καταστήματα του σκρουτζ, ακόμη και από της ίδιας της Nike και adidas. Μόνο marketing είναι το about you, σε ζαλίζουν με τις διαφημίσεις και με τις δήθεν εκπτώσεις, και οι τιμές είναι τραγικές. Δεν προτείνω σε κανέναν να αγοράσει. Update: προσοχή παιδιά πουλάνε απομιμήσεις.

Απαράδεκτοι. παρήγγειλα ένα παντελόνι και έγραφε ότι θα το παραλάβω μέχρι τις 10/12 και εντέλει ήρθε 20/12 και εκτός από την καθυστέρηση δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση για το τι γίνεται σε βάζουν να μιλάς με ένα ψεύτικο ai που δεν καταλαβαίνει και ότι ήρθε το δέμα δεν χτύπησαν καν και μου λένε πήγαινε πάρτο σε περιοχή μακριά από μένα που δεν είναι προσβάσιμη με αμάξι.

Terrible experience. Placed the order for the first time and still waiting after 12 days. They haven't even shipped it. Send an email with the order number and they say can't find anything with just order number. seriously? Buy from here at your own risk. Zero decency. Zero commitment to customer.. Update: I was lucky enough to get my money back.
Delay in shipping and in addition sending used dirty used shoes as a new ones.
I am trying to place an order from 4 days now and I can't. I contacted the support, was not really helpful tbh, because basic trouble shooting that they suggested is not resolving the problem. They claim that they have an issue and they are working to resolve it, but until now nothing.
The shipping takes long time to process/deliver.

Not good, bugs on almost every step in the ordering process. Couldn't use my location to determine the nearest pickup location, error when entering my bank details, saying that it should only contain latin letters, which was the case, two separate bank accounts were rejected one after another. If it wasn't the good price of the item I liked, I wouldn't bother installing it.
There's no review feature, so you can't leave/read compliments/criticisms about clothes. Also, my package literally came delivered in an UNSEALED bag. the adhesive strip was unpeeled and the bag was absolutely wide open. Thank god DHL handled it well so nothing fell out in transit
Got a 20% birthday coupon that lasted less than 2 weeks, and half the time it was blocked with sales. Are you treating your valued customer or not, About You?
