While its an ok app to make a purchase, its very cumbersome to make a payment on your Academy credit card. you have to reenter all your info again, to include your Academy credit card number, and then you can't use your debit card to make a payment. You have to provide all your bank info! uh, no thanks. I'll come in and make a payment with my debit card. Do better, Academy Sports.

I like the convenience of an app but since it will not display firearms and ammunition, I find this app useless
App is garbage right out of the gate. I'm able to log in from a browser but the app never gets past the passcode screen. I've cleared data and cache, deleted and reinstalled. Nothing. Just an endless loop of sending a passcode, it saying it's incorrect or confirm you're not a bot by pressing and holding, then back to the passcode screen.

I'm a human. Stop asking me if I'm a damn bot. Yet ANOTHER app that nobody really needs just to simply shop. What is wrong with just wanting to use your mobile website?

The option to purchase online is VERY confusing When the customer, me, chooses a location the location seems to change after you choose which item to purchase. 2. I pudisplayed. of a clearance item that was on sale, and the subtotal was three times what the item was supposed to have been. Discouraging to see three different prices being dispayed. Please clean up how the app operates. Very confusing.
it is really stupid that you cant see what's available at the store now. I don't have the time to go through e ery single item that is related to check if its available now. so when I need something today, what would be the point of checking the app?
I accidentally online ordered some HeyDudes in boys size and not men. They came in and 2-3 days later, I went to get the return label sent to my email since I originally ordered without an account but used the same card for my 2nd order of different shoes that came in early(props for that) and in the right size I ordered. It took over an hour to get the label. The customer service rep was horrible. I specified everything, she was slow to respond, and still gave me the WRONG label. 1/5

Lousy App! Does not work! Installed and tried several times to search for items and app said either item not found or took me to something totally unrelated to what I wanted. Water of time! I'll continue to use the Internet version of Academy Sports!

checkout is awful and doesn't support large font for people with eye site issues using increased fonts on phone.
I just downloaded this app but can't log in. I entered my email and the code sent to me. When I submit, it just spins. I have tried clearing cache and force stop but now, it just spins before I can even enter anything.

Had a lot of trouble with the app only placed two orders both were troublesome.
the layout terrible for shopping for guns and you can't sort by stock. if you select pick up in store it gives you options that are available in a week not what's actually in the store.
wouldn't let me have my birthday even though it said it expired on the 31st
