App Keeps Crashing I tried to use this app to update the firmware and it keeps crashing. It does not connect to the scale on a consistent basis. Tried to update the firmware about 5 times and it only connected to the scale once. Please fix. I believe this is a good product but hate to get rid of it because of software problems.
The app does not even open
Force stop right after installation. Should not even be on the play store if it's not working at all.
Crashes on app startup. Android 13 Upd: Indeed it's a permission issue. If I allow permissions in settings the app doesn't crash. Anyway not checking if the permission is denied by user and just crush the app is unacceptable.

App no longer opens on Pixel 6 Pro running Android 13. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but when I try to open the app I get an error that the app is not installed.

Great device horrible app
Just doesn't connect, seems to be up to date. The connection indicator switches on briefly, but the app does not notice. The instructions are helpfully empty - or perhaps broken as well. Version 1.2.4

Confusing - not intuitive. I had to reset the device by Googling the instructions. For something as potentially problematic as a firmware update, they should really have these instructions displayed within the app. Additionally, I had to switch to another device to get this to work but really no clear reason why it did work. Lastly, they need to have both the old and the current firmware listed on the same page. Plus, they don't warn you if the firmware is already up-to-date.
I got the Pixel 5, and this app just won't connect to my Acaia Lunar... Found a workaround tho, launch the normal Acaia app, launch the remote scale function and let the scale connect, then switch to the updater app.
Doesn't detect scale at all

Worthless. Does not connect to app. Use "SE Profiler" instead , it works great! Uninstalling this app as soon as I finish this review. Adios!
Won't connect to scale to update
Lunar 2021 Just received this scale and I have to say that the user interface is buggy. The scale switches modes when I try to tare the weight and will get to a point where you can no longer change mode. So I thought... let's see if it needs to be updated. I could connect to the scale but, while the app said it was updating, nothing happened. And I still cannot get the scale to the mode I want. I am disappointed for spending so much money for something so buggy.
