My account is being logged out constantly every few weeks causing me to miss important notifications like tax deadlines.
My main bank account stopped syncing over two weeks ago, and support still hasn’t fixed it. They call it a “hard problem to solve”, which makes me doubt the reliability of the software and their troubleshooting capacity. I paid for a yearly plan I can’t use and was only offered a free month for a software that may or may not work for me in the future. I don’t even want to imagine if this happened around a tax filing deadline. Won’t use again. 0/5
Charging me a literal 14.8 thousand euro tax/fine for no absolute reason and also I never paid and never are gonna pay the fine because nearly 15 thousand IS SO expensive and this app deserves a 1 star rating by me because 15 thousand euros??? wow good job accountable I genuinely hope every person that uses your app leaves... 1 star
Edit: they said they would launch the possibility to file more complex tax returns including capital gains, but they did not in fact do it yet. It is also not possible to add work-related expenses that are tied to employment. Basically it works well only if you file as a freelancer with no other sources of income. For many who do freelance work in Germany, a country that is not freelancer-friendly, this is not always the case. Price for accounting only is too high given these limits.

A mess... Glitches in displaying transactions (wrong transaction/ amount - dangerous!). After having already connected my accountable account to my bank account in the app, for using the web version... I have to do it again? All looks a bit weird/glitchy. I don't think I can trust this company with something so delicate like finances and taxes. Too much of a risk... and I pass.
Non funziona affatto come descritto, non funziona proprio e l'unica assistenza, quando risponde, ti propone di accedere ai tuoi dati per poter risolvere, praticamente se dovete fare una fattura addio, aspetta e spera che qualcuno possa risponderti e poi fai sapere a tutti i tuoi affari, in pratica paghi per poi contattare l'assistenza e aspettare che rispondano. Applicazione che dovrebbe essere gratuita visto il servizio che ti offrono.
Seems like a cool app that would have been benficial to me. However it doesnt support my country. Only Germany and Belgium. On the hunt still :(

very bad experience. ever since I got this app, never been able to link it with Belfius Businesses account. even after many attempt trying to link the two. keep gettimg an error message saying make sure its the right card. I give up

Well made, yet there's room for improvement through new features: - dark mode - enable the integration with calendar apps in order to sync tax due dates - introduce notification settings to allow fine control (I connected my personal account and daily micro transactions notifications are killing me). Can't share pictures when reaching out the tax coaches as I'm asked to grant the app access to the media, although it's already been done
Wanted to try this app. Unfortunately it can't be used for the Netherlands. Can you guys work on expanding it beyond Belgium and Germany?
The concept is nice but I am encountering too many bugs. Needs better quality control.
