I'm fed up with apps mucking my phone up I downloaded an app ( I don't recall which one but I'm having so many problems with my phone now and I don't want to reset my phone without losing my apps and other things when it was fine until I stupidly added the app. I feel angry because it seemed like a good app but I am having so many problems now I can't do anything to resolve the issue either so I think that the developers should rectify the issues and get my phone back to normal with no problems.
