THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK MY CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE IRS AND NOW I GET NOTHING IN TIRED OF BEING HURT AND ABUSED BY THESE APPS ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO REPORT.

I left the bad review you deserved. I closed my account and you are still taking money out of my bank account after emailing me a confirmation. Acorns is a nightmare to deal will. No supervisors available and good luck with the wait for one. This mess started because I deposited money. That's very disappointing. Many apologies but no action to fix the issues. Too bad I couldn't give you 0 stars.

cannot get round ups to allow through my bank, no help from acorns. bank says no issues on there end. now I remember why I stopped using this app. they are not credit union friendly
Not worth the subscription rate just learn to buy your own stocks and funds.
Unknown invesment strategies and fees/subscriptions are way more expensive than holding a product in a normal brokerage account by a factor of 10x or more. It's convenience at a steep price. You are better off doing $25 monthly auto invest into a robot advisor in any other brokerage (Fidelity, Webull etc). Smoke and mirrors pulling the wool over the eyes of the financially illiterate.

crooks and scandalous! I was looking at there program ending up being charged even though I specifically said no and now it's going to take 7 days for a refund
I don't recommend this company at all. They tied up my partner's money and made her jump through so many hoops to get her money over a technical issue on THEIR end when we need that money to pay our bills and, to, you now, LIVE! If you have money in their greedy incompetent hands I definitely recommend transferring it elsewhere.

Read your terms and conditions. Apparently this app/company likes to take control of your account, turn investments back on, un-pause deposits and take money from your account whenever they feel necessary. Closing accounts becomes confusing and tiresome. Will not be returning.
not cool acorn you gave me someone social security number while trying to sign up for my own account on it. So a number allows you access to someone's social security and address. oh also they birthday. He's a 2000s baby and info already compromised shame on you. Glad im not a scammer poor guy.
my account was closed against my will and now you want me to reopen my account and I don't have an address in Los Angeles only in Tucson and I'm in Los Angeles
Stopped investing once I realized I'd be charged a monthly fee. Closed the account only for acorns to keep my banking information and reopen the account after a direct deposit a month later. I had to log in and cancel a second time and was still charged 12 dollars. SCAM
I'm unable to use customer service. Delete my old account.
There are better apps for investment. This app will steal your money.
Useless inept app, couldn't integrate my bank . waste of my time and hope my credentials aren't sold to scammers. Robinhood is the best
Acorns is shady, they will not pay you like they're supposed to when you have people sign up using your link. I had 3 people sign up and deposit the $5 and they screwed me over on purpose saying the one person didn't meet eligibility requirements even though they did everything they were supposed to. They screwed me out of my $900 on purpose
The earn feature hardly ever works for Walmart, the only one I really use. I follow the rule by purchasing in one visit with a linked card and I get nothing! In the past it was 50/50 and even then it takes months to even get the earned reward.
$3/mo to have a checking account is pretty ludicrous but some of their features are nice and were innovative for their day but nowadays you can do the same thing with other platforms and banks for cheaper, I also didn't like how you can't log in to the Lincoln Savings Bank profile, I wish you could, would make linking bank account easier.

I have been having issues with replacing my new card,have ordered many times by phone and chat aswell but the mange card feature has not been working for a while now and its getting frustrating it has not been showing that ive ordered new card and it does not show any card...you guys need to fix that problem
Don't join unless you expect to never leave, cancelling this service is damn near impossible! I still haven't been able to after months of trying.
I love my card but my issue is that they said my social didnt match and that bothers me a bit.
