Was working beautifully until last week. Now says the app has a bug and it will not open. Update used and still unable to open!

So many issues. AAnet SIP in UK on wifi and EE. Samsung S23Ultra. 1. Wifi. Calls arriving while phone is asleep, no audio to softphone. Calls arriving while phone awake have two way audio. 2. EE 4G/5G - calls arriving have one way audio. No sound on softphone. 3. Wifi/EE. App cannot register connection with SIP provider over VPN. Any VPN. Zoiper is ugly and clumsy. But gives me two way audio, push notification, works over VPN and switches seamlessly to EE 4G/5G. Would love a refund.

Does not work the way they said it will work. Wast of money....
Stopped working after last update. Sad part is it was the best of the best. Except for the inability to easily configure SMS. I really hope one of the higher-ups acknowledge this review. Cuz I need this working now.
Never got an incoming call when the app is in the background, i tried all settings, contacted the customer support, but it just doesn't work. I tried with 3 different android phones and Iphone, same result. Waste of money.
If you own a smartwatch this app will force all inbound/outbound audio out over its loudspeaker, every-time! I sent a support request to Acrobits months ago and they acknowledged the issue, claimed that they were working on a fix? Months later and still this issue exists!
I have purchased this Softphone app and premium features. But I do not use it. it closes in standby mode and does not work in background. My caller can't reach me. so, I use 'netsipp softphone app'. it is completelt free. Please, learn from them. I think 'netsipp softphone app' cent percent better then your paid app. I am a loser of buying your app.
I'm using LETV phone and whenever I launch the app and leave it running the app closes
App crashs every single time when I answer a call.

Tons of annoying bugs and bad design issues, but app works as advertised and sound quality is good. Worst of all: when you tap on a contact, number dialed is randomly chosen by app within contact, no choice given, so app could call pager when I want to dial mobile.
Does not work on Asus Zenfone2. Crashes after installation. Older version was working.
