jumps about too much , most revues are German, difficulty zooming in also no filter for all year campsite open

Even if you have paid for a card you cannot use the maps on this app without paying extra. Waste of time.
new app will not store maps, on either SD card, or device. every time I start it have to reload maps, send to have a bug for Android 15.

The app don't show the camping sites until you pay so you don't have a any info iit good or not until you pay. SO THAT INFO IS HIDDEN with purpose. Because only when tou pay you xan see what they are offering. It is like paying for something you dont know what it is. That is not good. Because you can be given a poor options and options that you are not interested in. Thanks but no thanks.
Very slow and unresponsive

complex inaccurate slow & horrible - and we always subscribe first so very disappointing.
absolutely brutal! In Italy and trying to find any place for the night is a challenge! several paid places had no one on site to pay or get advice on how to use services. This place Area Rimessaggio Ripamonti is only for camper storage! A ridiculous thing to find out after driving two hours to get there. Fuming after paying for a years subscription for this utter disgrace of an app!
Too slow
What a useless app. 1 star is to mich for this app
acsi 만 검색 기능 없음. 일반 캠핑장과 acsi 가 섞여 나오는데 그렇다고 일반 캠핑장이 다 등록된것도 아님. 제공되는 가격 정보는 성수기 기준이라서 비수기에만 할인되는 acsi 에는 안 맞음.
App will not show discount card. Terribly slow. Useless.
The app is slow, has less camping sites than google maps and "the inspectors" do NOT visit the sites "every year", and some campingsites simply do not exist and never have. I have no idea where they get their price estimates from. EDIT: One example, "Camping San Pelayo" is (as of 2024.08.22) marked as next to Camping La Isla Picos Europa in the village Potes, instead of in the village of San Pelayo, 20 km along the road to the west. This would have been noticed had the "inspectors" visited.

My ACSI app will not open.
This app is very slow to start and has stability issues. A recent update via the app store gave an error, and the app would no longer start up! I needed to delete the app (therefore losing all the downloaded data) and then reinstall the app and redownload the data. During the data download another error so I needed to delete the file and download the data yet again. This all via expensive mobile data because I am on a campsite without WiFi.
App does not work too well even if you have paid your subscriptions.
Cannot search Only country showing is italy. Cannot change notification setting either. Not good at all.
Hopeless not fit for purpose,unable to search without downloading a country package, which is not always practical if you do not have WiFi. Search is poor and slow. When trying to book, transfers to another site with the message " Sorry to inform you your selected stay is no longer available " Waste of money paying for the app. The only saving grace is that it is not that expensive.

Very poor from acsi downloaded this and paid 8 pounds for year subscription finding out after it's the wrong app and needed to download another app to retrieve my digital acsi card. Piss take
I have subscribed to 3 months in this app but cannot get it show show me sites anywhere other than Italy. I much preferred the book and ACSI card
How I long for the time when the software was released annually on DVD. This app is a tragedy!

Awful, in France looking for somewhere to stay, no help at all, paid for card now App needs subscription too before i can use anything, binned it will not be using Acsi again 😕
It keeps loosing the data on France and Spain. Sick of downloading again and again.

Lost all data and subscriptions, purchased subscription 3 months ago, opened app this morning to have no data in maps and asking for money to subscribe AGAIN!!! even though giving me access to Italy data which I never downloaded in first place, get this sorted out
Rubbish, does not work/filter properly or corollate with the book. Also, not able to book and get the discount rate in the book when using the Book Now option!
Since latest update it doesn't work at all!!!!! I have it on two devices one Android 8 the other Android 10. You forced the update and now after the usual slow startup I just get a blank screen on both devices. I am on holiday and I'm lost without the app for which I have paid for all the data. This is not good enough!! Nigel
Takes for ever to load
Absolutely useless. Seriously. Paid version. Does not return any search results, requires to download packages that are already installed. Stuck in limbo. Please tell your software developer to get a new job. Thank you!

Terrible app, don't waste your money. I will be asking for a refund. We are touring France, so thought this would be useful to locate and book campsites. It's not. In fact, it's absolutely useless. Further, it's completely crashed my phone three times now, so have stopped using it altogether. I will be requesting a full refund. DO NOT WASTE MONEY BUYING THIS. In my experience, it doesn't work. UPDATE ACSI responded and said for me to contact Google for a refund. Google said not their problem
Email service is not working
Abysmal, third year in a row and it is still as crumbly as ever. In Spain And app has stopped working, log in and it keeps telling to buy, buy, buy. I've paid but I can't get back in. I want to move on but says I need to buy what I've alreday paid for. 3 years and still same problems. edit: Followed your online advice, doesn't work (several times) have you tried it yourself. How about a refund for "not fit for purpose"?
Not suited to our needs - cumbersome & sites expensive
Absolute shambles of an app. Takes 10 minutes to open & is completely non responsive when it finally does open. Don't waste your money on this one
Purchased for Oct 22 trip which was OK now they have taken for 2023 even though I cancelled saying I did not cancel in time which was impossible. Contact is not in English. So the minimum is 2 years I'm told, so if as in my case I went once in a motor home for a few weeks and used it only once or twice in that period saving €2 it is expensive/very poor value for money. Just use area de servicios para autocaravanas in Spain. I feel ripped off. BE AWARE OF SMALL PRINT. Used for 2 weeks only
