Very bad customer service. Confirmed appointment, technician doesn't come for collection saying too much of work load, then they cancel it themselves but don't refund immediately and are asking to wait for 2 days for refund and then to rebook the sample collection. Our doctor appointment has to be cancelled since we can't show the reports. Pathetic service. No consideration of customer issues.

I connected Garmin watch and sync happens after some delay. When I removed active health from Garmin connect app, activ health sync is stuck and continues to show that it's connected to Garmin, and does not allow me disconnect and reconnect. And I no longer be able to get my steps recorded in the app.

App is malfunctioning. Not able to get OTP for login and OTP entering page also doesn't load. Previously the App was crashing during Steps syncing step.

Recently, I contacted your team by phone regarding my dental surgery claim, but my claim request was rejected even though the treatment is covered under my policy. got message from ABCABH, to track request download app. after downloading app there no option to track request. useless app, also there are too many bugs in it.. multiple functionalities not working.

When you try to register using your corporate account, the consent page would just not go away. I consent - Nothing happens nor there is an option to continue or anything I don't consent - Doesn't matter, it just stays stuck there

To main aap logo ko declare kaise karoon ki muje beemari 2,3 years se hai wo majake banake rakha hai thum logo no health insurance policy ko. Thum jo bolo ge wahi sahi hai. 2,3 years ek bhi record dikha do meri beemari ka to manu. Are boss khud kabhi beemar nahi huwa too kya ghanta record rahega. This app has so many issues like it takes so much time to sync with Google fit. not only that Im using this app for 4 months, now when I logged out and then logged in I'm unable to sync with the Google fit app. my phone is redmi note 8, I don't know if it is because of that is why it is not supporting the syncing process. Also the request can be raised but revert cannot be seen. now above aged 25, can only get their health returns
bad experience 20 दिन हो गए ऑटो पै से पेमेंट बिना परमिशन से प्रीमियम काट लिया है और वह भी due date से 10 दिन पहले । पेमेंट रिफंड करने को बोला है । 20 दिन हो गया ना तो पॉलिसी जनरेट हुई है ना तो पेमेंट रिफंड हुआहै। आदित्य बिरला मैं ना तो एप्लीकेशन ठीक चल रहा है और कोई आंसर करने वाला भी नहीं है... कोई डेडीकेटेड स्टाफ ही नहीं जहां से ठीक रीति से answer मिल सके।
My parents are having health insurance policy and using this app to track activ dayz via health connect by using moto g57 power and moto g05 devices. It disconnects very frequently with connected fitness device(Health connect) every day or two days once and I have to logout and login back to see the number of steps/activ dayz related info. And they are having minimal knowledge on using app, so they can't logout and login everyday to check the same. So pls improve the usability of the app
Worst experience with Aditya Birla Health Insurance Cashless claim for my 69-year-old mother was initially approved and then abruptly rejected, citing a pre-existing condition based on a clear hospital clerical error (later officially corrected in writing). their digital health assessment is complete fraud. It does not matter how healthy you are, they always give a low rating so that you don't earn health points.

worst app ...worst experience with aditya birla...i trusted a lot medical insurance...but worst ...I took insurance on 20/2/2025 ,,,due to self fall down ,i got minor surgery and toe amputation on 20/9/2025...later my cardiac surgery claim got rejected in 2026 april ,,saying i didnt disclose about toe amputation while taking policy ...how can i inform in february that my toes get amputated in september....worst worst....worst ever...atleast they might have rejected saying genuine reason....
Big mistake purchasing health insurance from Aditya Birla. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and consider other providers. Their customer service is extremely poor. It has been almost three weeks since I raised a simple issue, and it is still unresolved. Instead of resolving it, they keep extending timelines without any accountability or clear communication. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I genuinely regret choosing them. Please don’t waste your money on their policies.

Worst app for linking with fitness apps or wearables. Also, sleeping hours or other activities data are shown wrong. No information on how this data is being collected neither you can change or raise some kind of dispute. Even the age calculation or healthiness scores doesn't seem to be correct or aligned with your day to day activities. they just want to show that you're not maintaining your health even when you do.
