This app is not at all what was expected. Like many others apparently I try to cancel the app and it tells me I have to go through Google play store. I have did all the steps that the thing tells you to do. The app is not listed on my Google play account for me to cancel. In this world we live in you can never talk to a person they want you to email and they never reply. very frustrating!

ZERO STARS!!!! Do not download this game!!! it is deceiving and will steal your money. It is impossible to cancel or delete a profile. They will charge your credit card LONG after you try to stop it. Deleting an account does not cancel subscriptions, nor does it stop your card from being charged. So I cancelled my card, got a new number, but this scam of an app is still taking my money. FRAUD SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!

as a user of about ten minutes I already hate the app it was slow,laggy and even got some of the questions wrong such as 3+3 it proceeded to tell me the answer was 8 don't recommend using this app to teach math it gets the problems wrong near enough all the time if you confused and ask for further wording it repeats itself instead of rewording the question or response I know this review is long but I hope I helped don't recommend
it said I had to type my address this is the worst game ever!!
Twins on same level were given completely different level math problems. One had math problems like 1+2 while the other had word math problems with numbers in the teens. Even the pretest questions were more difficult for one despite being the same level. Tried completely starting over for both and nothing made them equal. Not worth the troubles.

It is an American App & therefore uses American math terminology eg dime, nickel etc which in Australia we do not use & also the exchange rate is not stated for the cost per month. I was therefore charged more than I thought. I also have experienced many technical issues & lastly I did not get the full free month trial before the fee of $16.99 was debited from my account!! To attempt a refund is the biggest runaround I have ever had to do & I will never get this money back!!

I registered on this app 30 days free trial for my daughter on the 21st of January. Since then we have not been able to start level 1, it says level 1 is locked and will start tomorrow, it's been 5 days and tomorrow is still not here. why is this so? Will this be the experience when we start making payments? Why offer a free trial that we can have access to? C
We tried the app before creating the account and it seemed fun with monsters teaching and explaining maths. Now, after the subscription, only solving problems one after the other with boring videos and low sound volume to explain the answers, i.e. no more fun monsters doing explanations. My kid couldn't complete their 2nd day using the app. Not better than solving problems using a good maths book.
signed up for the trial to test it out for my kid. signed up like 2 weeks ago so almost half the trial is gone and literally haven't been able to do one day of it. everyday she logs in to try to go level 1 and it just says unlocks tomorrow, unlocks tomorrow, unlocks tomorrow. when is tomorrow. aint no point in paying for it when the trial does expire if this is how it will be. Will literally waste money on it to get no were. idk what is wrong but its very very frustrating

my phone completely glitched right after I downloaded the game and played the game. I had to factory reset it because I couldn't unlock my phone back even after restarting and all. This has never happened in years. my phone is normally very high performing.😡

Right after we payed It won't let us go in the app again Whenever we go in it, it's just a blue screen Which means I can't cancel my Monthly thing and it says "app is running in background" But like I said We don't have access to the app again. how to fix?

Hate this game so much because you have to pay to play like, I have to learn like I'm a 5th grader, and I just don't want to give my parents, email, and I want to pay like, not pay, I mean, play for free, like, who the heck is gonna pay the life savings just to do this math game school, isn't even that expensive?
After doing the pretest, we can not do actual math practice. It just keeps sending my kid back to the "store" to spend his "gems". & I'm not sure how to unsubscribe from the site!
honestly my kid hated it. it treats 10 year olds like toddlers and talks in a creepy AI voice. it also doesn't teach much, they might learn a few things but not enough to count. not fun at all. wouldn't recommend.

My 5 and 7 year old like this math game, but let me be clear - once your child completes all 15 "levels" on whatever grade they're doing, you will no longer be able to access the next grade from the app! Instead, you will be directed to the website where you can gain access to further levels. I found this annoying, because my children can operate the app alone; the website, not so much. I homeschool, so while I'm working with one child, the other is doing math on the tablet.
limited when a kid wants to do more, and first day had no math in it at all. All annoying story dialog, very disappointing. my child was mad he couldn't do any math today or proceed

Why do we have to give our parents email? That's something I hate it. Why is I have to be so serious? And it's so not good, I don't like this. It still helps you with maths, problems and stuff like that, but I still don't like it.
too many technical issues. my child cannot even do lessons. it keeps saying g co e back tomorrow every ti e we attempt to do 1. the only part that works is the pretest
