WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I SWAPPED MY POINTS FOR A VOUCHER AND IT DOESN'T WORK I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE AND RECEIVED NO HELP THEY KEEP SAYING CHECK YOUR MAIL FOR A RESPONSE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED I ONCE SENT A T-SHIRT FOR EXCHANGE AND IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVED MY EXCHANGE AND THAT WAS AFTER I REACHED OUT ASKING FOR MY ITEM I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU !

I don't understand the reason why the app has a Grab and Google pay function when it doesn't work. Fix the bug pls.
the search function and menus are unusable. they don't even bring up the correct products. i selected "tracksuits" in clothing and it brought up track shoes only. tried searching "tracksuits" and it also brought up only track shoes.
after applying filters under men's shoes, initially shows 1160 items, but after selecting 'Apply Filters', app shows 0 results, resets sort, and automatically displays new arrivals.
Never buy online specially in Norway. You can't return item easily. Return material is not sent. ist you have to look for a printer .you print QR code and then find a tape or glue and then paste it on the box.

Absolutely shocking app for multi billion company .. Search and filtering hardly works and currently you filter by size it's returns no items found... and don't get started with the customer service or lack of!

Until they fix the app, you will find yourself not buying any of their new products or drops, and that is ADIDAS' CHOICE UNLESS THEY PROVE OTHERWISE. So forget about buying from them if you are an Android user.

I installed this app only because it’s required to access a class at the Adidas Sports Base via Urban Sports Club. Forcing users to install a retail-focused app just to attend a booked class is frustrating. In its current form, it feels like users are pushed into an ecosystem they didn’t choose. Please separate check-in functionality from the retail app and respect user choice.
tried to order an app exclusive item but kept getting a card error. there were no other payment methods available like Google pay or PayPal. turns out it only affects Android users.

downloaded the app for an app-exclusive drop. I sat for 25 minutes while it tried - and failed - to save my payment info.
The worst experience with this app. Slow as hell. Kept freezing while saving a payment method. Stock disappeared while trying to even get a chance to get in line for the product. Seems like Adidas is trying to grab new app users to satisfy some KPI without bothering to support the thing.

This app is a joke. Woke up early to get a drop but the sizes wouldn't even load. When it did, it would not take my card info, no matter which card I tried. Cannot presave card info either. What a frustrating experience. Happened to my entire family on our phones. It seems like it's an android only problem. Fix your app!!!
It is a horrible experience.If you guys don't know how to deal with the scability don't coerce people to download and use this lousy app.
Had the worst drop handling ever. App crashed multiple times, by the time I was able to access it, the entire drop sold out. Why even do a queue system?

Buggy mess of an app. Constant errors when trying to add payment method, previously saved payment methods not showing up. Nothing fills me with more dread than seeing "App Exclusive" on something I want to buy, because it means that I'm gonna be spending over an hour just trying to get the app to work for long enough to make a single purchase. Of its a time-sensitive drop, you can forget about it. The app is buggy enough already and the extra traffic makes it fully unusable
During an app exclusive product drop, the app throws an error when adding a credit card and stays frozen on the page. No other payment options are available (PayPal, Gpay). This caused all sizes to sell out as I struggled to unsuccessfully save a credit card. Don't force me to use the app if the app cannot complete the checkout process.

Frustratingly buggy. followed all instructions for a product drop. however, the sizes didn't load or loaded very sporadically causing me to close and reopen the app delaying my entry into the queue. also, during checkout, the system couldn't save new credit cards, apparently, only Apple pay. One of the worst experiences I've had with an app. You can't add any sort of payment unless you're buying something, and then when you do, it brings up an error, or the product suddenly doesn't load. Loading time is abysmal, and considering how large of a company it is, how do you mess up your app this badly?

What did you do? Your app now sucks. Doing a search brings back all items. I search for a men's size 13 shoe and I get women's size 6. Also, removing the Level 3 and 4 benefits from adiclub was a blow.
