No explanation as to why. just had an online bot chat and basically the app doesn't work.

Never works, logs me out repeatedly, crashes randomly and have twice now had to have IT reset my account. Trying to login now and it is showing "no policies held". Terrible app.
stuck in a loop of "email not registered". get 1 time code then "error". account works fine through chrome but the app dosent work at all.

05/05:just received update.now on clicking 'login', I get to see 'cookies' page. but no matter what option I pick, app crashes. Does not work at all I am just able to accept the T&Cs and after that I see an error. uninstalled and installed multiple times. reported error to online agent and he was creating a case for me but during that the chat was closed and I can't access/open the chat anymore. I was asked to activate the device in 2 weeks but how can I do this now??? need urgent response
The App is completely unable to log in as long time the attempt has been made to uninstall reinstall and still error.

Can't register on the App, therefore can't see my insurance details. Apparently, the error codes I'm getting, are common whilst trying to register for the first time. My policy runs out in a couple of months, so I'll go elsewhere. Hate things that make life difficult!
The app doesn't work without access to internet trackers / cookies. My home router with anti-tracking enabled lights up like a Christmas tree whenever I try to use the app.

doesn't work at all. when trying to log in I just get an error saying an error occurred. if this is the standards Admiral have then maybe I made an error taking out my insurance with them

Have tried to use the app a few times over the space of a few months. Each time on installing, I click log-in and it says there's an error and does not work.
recently received little box for my daughter's car. We have tried to login to the app on there different devices across Android and IOS and all give constant error messages. completely unusable.
I'd love to give a fuller review but it just errors at the login step, it doesn't even ask me for my credentials.

Rating is for the app. Just won't let me in. Keeps saying there's a problem. Working fine for over a year , logging my trips and allowed me to see my documents. Have deleted and reinstalled the app a number of times. No use at all.

Useless app. Requires you to log in to do anything (despite setting up fingerprint log in to open the app) then just goes round and round asking for a one time passcode!

everytime I try and open the app on my phone to look at my details it tells me I'm not registered., even though I am able to log in on my ipad. when I try to register on the phone app it comes up with an error message. completely useless, unable to use at all!
