Really bad experience. New users need to get a trial. you can scan the document but cannot save it. I just spent half an hour scanning and now it tells me that i cannot save it.

Frauds charged me full subscription amount while I opted for 7 days trial first before going for full subscription. The screen before payment setup was showing Rs 2 will be deducted to verify the payment setup but they charged full Rs 890 instead of 2.

they scam people, you can use default built in scanner using Google drive app on Android, they charge for free features 10+ USD
Adobe Scan feels deliberately designed to trap users into subscriptions. The billing flow is misleading, cancellation/refund handling is terrible, and both Adobe and Google Play keep redirecting blame instead of solving the issue. Imagine paying through Google Play and still having neither side properly handle the refund. For a company this big, the customer support experience is embarrassingly bad.
