i really don't know what happened to Microsoft Lens,one of the best apps ever existed. This one works really bad, not even able to capture a document. worst

Very poor customer service. I accidentally subscribed and reached out for a refund within a reasonable time, but I did not receive any satisfactory resolution. The support team was not helpful, and I was left paying for a service I did not intend to purchase. Extremely disappointed with the way this issue was handled.
