Garbage ai support, just a glorified FAQ. No end user support, HIRE SOME HUMANS! Let us prioritize direct deposits by account instead of just by amount. Would give negative stars if possible. Terrible.

I have found this app to be worthless and totally soul crushing I can't check my vacation time this app is a complete waste of space on my phone redesign it come back and show me when it works..

ATROCIOUS. Employers i implore you to use another company. ADP is nightmarish. It is slow, unresponsive, inconsistent, freezes and crashes constantly. The user interface is convoluted and incomprehensible. And good luck to you if you want to look at a pdf on the app for things such as insurance or paychecks, you will need to log into a web browser because the app is so useless it cant even direct to another app to open a file. If I could take away stars I would. DO NOT USE ADP

original review from 2021 Barely useable updated review from 2026 the app is much more functional than it used to be and I hardly have issues within performing tasks at all - however recently I became disgusted when I saw advertisements in the app I have to use for work... isn't my employer already PAYING for your service? Why am I being subjected to ads when logging in to manage my time card, access my 401k, put in vacation requests, etc... ?
Without warning there are suddenly a bunch of advertisements in this app. the app that I have to use to request days off. this is truly peak capitalism.
signing in is terrible. every time I have to uninstall and reinstall just to sign in. once I leave, I'm signed out and when trying to sign back in, I'm taken to a redirect page in my browser for 2 step verification and once completed, nothing happens. the redirect to go back to the app fails every time and I'm unable to sign in or use app as a result, hence the constant uninstall and reinstall.
have had to app less than a day and can't access anything besides my screenshot, ADP assist, and my settings
if i didnt have to use this app, i wouldnt. quick clock is always offline for no reason. location is turned on but app acts like it isnt. this app sucks and there is no reason that basic functions routinely do not work.

what's going on I uninstalled and re-downloaded the app twice still doesn't work I reset it still doesn't work cannot get in to see my information this is horrible please fix this situation it doesn't make sense at all. also I put in the codes that you sent me for security purposes and each time it keeps crashing
inside the App I can't find details ( it's blank) While opening the APP it's blank no options are there to select (App navigation options are not present it's blank)

garbage, app bugs me every day saying there is something that needs your attention and there is not any reason 9 out of 10 times and notifications are turned off.
App says I'm out of range. Locates me 4000 miles away from my actual location. Yes, I've enabled permissions.

I haven't been able to login. As soon as I put in my user name, it continuously says: authentication error can't connect to server. This is ridiculous. Uninstalled, Reinstalled, and can't get past error screen. I can't clock in for work now.

The update ruined the app. Reset, reinstall, clear cache, none of that works. Can't access pay statements any longer, and the desktop website won't accept the password that works on the app.

Not working, not recognizing my password and me. I have to go to website to access my account. App doesn't work for me despite multiple attempts. Deleting it.
The app told me it was time to change my password, so I did that on Monday. But ever since then my new password will work only work once or twice. Then I keep getting the error message telling me that user ID and/or password are incorrect so I'll have to change it again since I know they are not incorrect. I know for a fact I've done this more than 10 times this week and the customer service number says it doesn't help the employees of ADP clients!!! I'm so frustrated right now.

AWFUL!! I CAN NOT LOG IN FOR WORK BECAUSE IT KEEPS SAYING MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD ARE INCORRECT EACH TIME AND IT'S THE SAME PASSWORD I'VE ALWAYS USED UNTIL THIS STUPID UPDATE!! I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING MY EMPLOYER TO RESET IT SO I CAN CLOCK IN AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE MY EMPLOYER CLOCK ME IN ON THEIR END! FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!
customer service is horrible. they will lie to you just to move on to the next call. it's hard to even understand what's being said.
have no idea what happened with the new update but i now have login issues and only the app. It says my password is incorrect...its not, i can login perfectly on my computer. ADP fix this issue please

what is going on?!?! For the last 3-4 weeks the app crashes and per HR we have to uninstall and reinstall....and good luck doing that as it usually then crashes and locks you out again. Ridiculous! No longer feels trustworthy at all!
