one of the worst systems that requires you to have 6 different devices just to log in and show you nothing that you need to the point their staff and AI cannot fix either. Situations are all unique but literally week long problems that just get swept under the rug to never have been fixed because "there is no fix" just to be brought up in the future and blame the person who is looking for a simple pay stub is insane gaslighting to the point...... go for the paper copy with them I promise you.
Never works! Been getting an 'unable to reach the server' error for days! Viewing your payslip shouldn't be this difficult!

App has been down for days, won't load just buffers constantly I think it told me a server error at one point? Ugggghhhh!!! I hate this app and wish my workplace would find something else, probably nothing else which is why we get such stellar service.
One of worst app, it never work properly there are always issues by signing up or showing contents and the payroll company made mistakes with my paycheck often I wish to get a job that don't use ADP payroll company
I have to restart my account EVERY TIME I log in. Also, the clock in and out feature isn't working properly. There have been many times where I would either clock in or out and it wouldn't register, resulting in me having to do extra paper work explaining why I'm not clocking in or out. what did I even do to you and why are you trying to get me fired

The worst App ever. after every update you get locked out and told username or password incorrect when they are saved, so can't be incorrect. Worst provider ever. not even worth 1 star.

Truly inaccurate.This isn't an app, it opens a web page that doesn't work with the app. 2 factor identification and it still does not actually complete the task.
it is insane to be getting ads for an app like this. employer is already paying money to use this service.

this is the singular worst corporate management app ever made employees frequently cannot clock in or out or view any of their information whatsoever because of how often this app misbehaves

For something so simple, it really is terrible. Very often can't connect to servers and login process is often terrible. There's hardly any functionality, so please make it more globally resilient.
Since the update, the app doesn't work anymore. You can't log in, it freezes for a long time then says the server is unreachable. Same even after clearing storage and uninstall/install.
cannot access Quick clock or schedule
its been weeks of signing in and seeing a message about once you receive your first check stub you can view your payment ....why can't I see my stubs??

started well now over past 12 months having constant server errors and repeat deletion of biometrics. For an app of this type and what its used for this unreliability is terrible.

ADP is been the worst experience!! especially for the 401k access...I have 3 usernames and passwords just to access all the features and the net worth app I use doesn't even acknowledge ADP anymore...so stupid and frustrating.
Nothing works anymore. One of the worst apps I've ever seen. They added AI instead of fixing simple stuff, and not even that works.
giving me error codes and wont let me log in after I've deleted and re installed also cleared cache and everything now it was a verification to log in thru a web browser but the app wont let me log in and I need my pay stubs
why would we get ad with this app?
Works one time. I login. It prompts "Next time you open this app you'll experience the new and more secure sign in page. Use your user ID and password to sign in." It works. The next time I login, it sends me to the web page, where I enter my information, do the 2fa, then sends me to the verification page. Where it sits. Says "Tap to return to ADP Mobile". Problem is, the "Click Here" button isn't a button. No hyperlink or anything. It's just an image. Have to reset acct to use app each time.
Too many built-in ads. I have to change my password so often that it's actually less secure, since I have to write it down to remember. Too hard to access basic information like vacation and sick balances.
my experience is horrible ADP does not provide assistance help or any customer service to employees only to the employer your employer doesn't know your information so therefore they can't help you I work nearly a month ago and still have not gotten paid because ADP does not offer help to employees I ended up quitting my job I can't work for free for a month
was a good app but the app broke as if June 3rd, the app hasn't shown me my check since. I use this to calculate my hours. none of my checks are coming in so that makes the app useless. you guys really need to fix this. my whole company uses this app and everyine of them are screwed right now.

I've correctly configured the application, and it initially functioned as expected. However, after a period of inactivity, the payment section becomes hidden without any option to reactivate it. Neither resetting the app nor clearing its cache and cookies resolves the issue. My only recourse is to delete and reinstall the application, then log in again, to regain access to the payment section. This recurring problem is both inconvenient and frustrating.
This app is perpetually slow. If I change my password, I have already confirmed my identity- I should not have to have a second text sent to me after I have successfully changed it. If I had ANY other option, I would not use this app. EVER.
