when I open the link received in a registration SMS in a browser it always shows "install app" page while the app is already installed. I've tried 2 different browsers - the same. As a result - I cannot use the app.

app is not working for over 15 days, the update did nothing...i have a bloody S23, not some fringe phone...

Called again, waited another hour. Could barely hear what the operator said. And they do not speak english. And they can and will block the card at any time if vou try to use it. And then be unreachable.

If everyone is saying the same thing at least try to look into it. The app is taking some fraud link during log in and it won't log in. The app just shows a white background after some time when we cancel to leave the app for that fraud link

APP and card is useless. Avoid this APP and credit card at all cost. its not the credit or limit. Its the whole user experience thats bad. Let me explain. If I use the card out of home country it gets blocked. If I use the card online it gets blocked, not because of funds but because they think its fraud. Then you have to call German number only in weekdays and businesses hours, which cost roaming charges when in Hong Kong, Dubai or Chicago. Utterly amateur business!!
you can't count on it to bail on you when you need it the most and gaslight you by saying you're not connected to the Internet, although you already are. 10/10

I don't recommend this bank and app at all. I got some money from this card, and they booked it two times, which I was on minus much more than my limit !! lots of calling and email and follow up with customer service, and after 3 weeks , there is a reply or correction. such an awful customer service I have never experienced in Germany. be careful and take care where you invest your nerves.

I can not contact customer support.... because I referred a friend I didn't get bounce which is 80 €. And My friend also not get till now so I think It is useless ... Even I send messages in app still problem is not solve from 5 months
this app or their system has the lowest security possible. my money gets transactions without my consent even when the card is block and the worst part is there customer service. it's almost a month. still no reply. highly not recommended, stay away from these fraud.
unnecessary complicated installation with both email and sms links. and annoying that app only works on one phone. Revolut works on unlimited phones, and so does most bank apps like BCEE, BGL.
still unable to view PIN in the app
very bad company they charge me fee and interest for nothing , and I invited a friend one year ago and I didn't get the 60€ I'll close my account, I don't recommend . I tried to contact them 3 times but they don't answer .
