これは今までで最悪のアプリです。以前のアプリは完璧に動作していたのに、このアプリを作ってから何も機能しなくなりました。この経験の後、イオンペイを信用できなくなりました。機械でバーコードをスキャンして現金でアプリにチャージしていました。ところが突然バーコードスキャナーが動作しなくなりました。そしてアプリに入っていたお金にもアクセスできなくなりました。イオンは私のお金を盗み、私が使っていたアプリを壊しました。カードを申し込んだのに、送ってきませんでした。これは犯罪なので、警察が介入して解決すべきだと思います
Another aeon app installed this app automatically or something. I'll be cancelling my Aeon bank account and credit card
There is a 5 character limit in the name fields making this app unusable for many, if not most, non-Japanese. This is the first time I've encountered this in any of the many payment and banking apps I use in Japan. It's a truly ridiculous limitation, and makes me wonder if it's done on purpose to deter foreigners. Aeon's online bank and credit card application process has the same limitation.

Huge download size, stupid password restriction, stupid name restriction (5 characters ?). Basically zero UX mindset applied when designed

イオンペイでポイント消費する設定にしてても、アプリ再起動でポイント不使用に切り替わる。 ここまでしてポイントを消費させないセコい感じが、やっぱりイオンらしいです。 他のアプリではこの仕様は見ないと思う。
It does not work at the login loading screen.
新しいインターフェースは使いにくいです 前のインターフェースはコンパクトなですね、だがらいろんなアイテムはすぐに見つけて、そしてつかいやすいでしたよ

いくら何でも自動ログアウトの仕様だかバグだかが酷すぎて使い物にならない。何のために生体認証の設定があるのか。毎回毎回IDとPWを入力して再ログインさせられ、使わせてもらえない認証方法の設定までさせられるのは不便すぎだし、もうアプリ要らないので全機能をブラウザだけで利用できるようにしてくれれば良い。

Not working at first it was good but now useless
Useless. Cannot add the new card
25.5.27更新 またアプリが更新されて、またゼロからログインしなくちゃいけなくなった。海外のアプリは再ログイン必要なく更新できるのに… そして新しいUIはなんとポップアップと広告だらけで凄くイラッとくる。 原文 開いて支払いしようとしたら、再ログイン、再設定、AEONペイの再設定、生体認証の再設定が必要になる場合が多く、面倒くさくてあまり使わないようになっています。 レジ前で急に使えなくなるのは恥ずかしい！携帯での支払いは現金やカードより楽じゃないと誰も使わないんじゃない？？
It is complicated. Transition screens are annoying. Cannot even change my own info. All of the functions are not properly working.
