cada vez que entro a la app aun habiendo hecho log in me pide descargar de nuevo.
I had booked a non-refundable flight for 700USD. It was a pain to finally have a way to file a claim because it was a health related issue. The Whatsapp took forever to get back and the claim was left unfulfilled. Ended up taking a hit on it but left a sour note with me in regards to the company. Its premium expenses and premium prices but protections are of a budget airline. The App isn't very fun to navigate either.

Slowest app ever made
es muy mala la aplicacion al momento de querer recuperar tu contraseña o tu correo electronico, y es muy estresante luego tienes que esperar 1hr para poder volver a intentar recuperar tu contraseña o correo no puede ser que sea así otras aplicacion lo resuelves muy rapido y sin complicacion alguna

Pésima app. Acceder a tu cuenta previamente creada es imposible ya que te piden un número de cliente que solo ellos saben, y cuando quieres crear otra cuenta con otro correo tampoco es posible hacerlo. Que bueno que existen otras opciones aparte del sobrevalorado de Aeroméxico.
the worst app i ever had to deal with. During account set up it asks for location and even though i select the US, it shows flights in MXN and only allowed to pay with a mexican bank. instead of just failing to book a reservation, it places it on hold and doesn't allow to cancel. now i have to wait to get a representative to cancel so i can try with the website. for an airline that offers international travel, this is hard to imagine a developer made this abysmal rookie mistakes making this app
Major countries (such as United Kingdom) not listed in the app when attempting to pay for things in the app. also, when you click on past bookings nothing happens.
The app won't let me create an account
the app crashes every second, it's practically impossible to use. I have a lot of recommendations Incase you are interested in hearing valuable feedback.

Horrible, horrible non-responsive app. Text entry is super slow and then when you get done filling in the form, it locks up. complete waste of time. I'd rather wait at the counter. Can only print 3 of 4 boarding passes.
Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas, le daría 0 estrellas. El cambio aplicación resultó ser la misma basura, problemas para hacer check-in, no arroja los QR de los pases de abordar completos, una lentitud Al momento de abrir la App y muestre toda la interfaz, para buscar los detalles del vuelo ni se diga.
Nothing is working
I have a new Samsung tablet in Mexico and this app will not install. A message says it's incompatible with this device. And the old app has been disabled. So now I have nothing.
I was never able to purchase my flights. Too many problems with the app, it does not work. The webpage does not work either.

Worst app ever. It doesn’t work on my S25 Ultra-it gives me constant errors. To top it off, it says my reservation is not valid, but when I enter the same information on the website, it works.

Pésima actualización de sistema de puntos!!! Argumentan que es para mejorar el servicio, pero esto no le beneficia a sus clientes en nada sino a sus shareholders, al menos sean congruentes y tengan la vergüenza de admitir que es para dar menos beneficios a sus clientes y para generarle más rentabilidad a su negocio, no quieran mentirle al mercado como si fueran gobierno y como si sus clientes fueran idiotas.

Aeroméxico: ni la web ni la app de Android me dejan seleccionar gratis los asientos que me corresponden por mi beneficio Delta SkyMiles Gold (incl. salida de emergencia). Por eso llevo 2 años teniendo que llamar antes de cada vuelo. En ~40% de las llamadas debo marcar 2-3 veces porque algunos agentes dicen que “llame a Delta” o que “no tienen acceso”, cuando sí se puede. Hoy la segunda agente lo resolvió en minutos.
nice interface, but get an error indicating my fare cannot be selected. Also app only shows prices in MXN and cannot find an option to switch to another currency.
Bought a premier flex fare that is supposed to allow for unlimited changes and refund. I was going to change my flight to go one day earlier but app won't let me do it. The website doesn't allow it either so I called customer service. On their website the change in fare was one dollar but the agent quoted me six hundred. After this trip is done, will not use this airline again. Their technology is so behind other airlines and yes, I have changed international travel before on airline apps.
