charges not mine. closed acct months ago but new charges from Target. No store in this area. asked for statement, never got it. Don't trust whoever is operating this business.
Goodluck getting a refund or canceling your loan in the event you have to. In my case, I purchased a mother's day gift from a scam company on Facebook. They were unresponsive and had many comments on Facebook about them scamming other's. When I requested cancelation through affirm its a long energy draining process (60 days) and does not guarantee. I'll take my losses this time but I will not use affirm moving foward. Deleting the app now.

First I used Affirm for a couple of Amazon orders, now even though I have a longer history and higher buying power, I can't get anything approved except at Staples
I can't even create an account...can't get past putting in last 4 of my social,this app/site tells me I'm putting in the wrong 4 numbers of my own s.s.number. It's only the 1st number I ever memorized affirm,then I call support,Ai was no use,& online there's no help I've found yet either,guess I'll be paying all at once since Affirm can't Affirm.
does not let me unlock my card. app will not work properly.
normally I do not come to negatively rate an experience. But do not try to pair this with any other service app where you may have a potential return situation. affirm not only did zero leg work to assist in reaching out to the vendor to confirm. But continued to attempt to push me to pay for something I did NOT receive. attempted contacting their support with zero assistance and automated /scripted responses. I will not be using this app and continue to inform other's of my situation.
too many mandatory updates
another stupid app.... I can't login to my account to change my number because I need my old number to get into the account to change my number... and can't make a new account cus I already have an account...

Horrible return process. you must wait a month and then 3 to 5 days! I ordered something from.walmart returned it the next day April 4th. walmart returned money to affirm April 11, its not May 4th and I just had the return show on acct. and am told I have to wait an additionaln3-5 business days for my down payment! Dont USE!!
I like the premise of the app and the purchasing power but if they approve you for a loan and then deny your card at that storefront no reason and then after 20mins of conversation to lift the block they tell you they will look into it in 3 to 5 business days lol. when all other visa cards do that process on the spot

When I returned, to my surprise I was bombarded with texts and emails about a couple of payments totaling no more than $39. In addition to being in distress, Affirm made it seem like the world was coming to an end. smh No grace period nothing. When I'm all paid up, I'm done with Affirm for good!

DO NOT USE AFFIRM. When the company gave me phony shipping info, Affirm just disregarded my dispute, saying they did send the package and it was delivered. I never got the package and they said they used USPS, but when I emailed the company, they said they didn't use USPS. ONLY USPS has acees to my mail box. how did they leave it in my mailbox with out USPS? AAFIRM sides with the company and not you. You lose money if you don't get package. WATCH OUT!!
Perfect payment history doesn't matter. I've never had a missed payment, never abused the system, but they took away my spending power based off hiccups in my credit history. Other apps base it off how you use their app. Screw this app, use a better one.
got one loan, been denied for others. not waiting 1-3months and i got the card (thinking itll mean something lol). Just closed my account. apps like earnin, Dave, floatme are better. they just give you the cash and you get what you need. this makes you fill out a whole grocery cart just to say oops sorry lol just get an app that advances your paycheck rather than this soft credit hit mess (micro hits add up!) 😂🙏🏾
i edited my review and took away another star as this app is getting rediculous! I have been using this app for years never had issues before and for the past year it's been awful. I used to be approved every time, I owed almost $4000 at one time and never missed a payment ever and I got my total down to $1000 and now I barely get approved which makes no sense and I just paid off 6 loans recently and still can't get approved. Nothing has changed either when it comes to my credit and my income up
I've been using affirm for the past year and all of the sudden even though every payment has been on time with them they take away my purchase power. I literally pay ahead every payment I've owed them and never been late. They claim it's my credit score when it's been about the same the entire time I've used them. Honestly makes me wonder if it's even worth paying them off at this point.
I get approved for the amount to spend through walmart online but never goes through, IRRITATING!!!!!
Twice I have been charged in full instead of financing. Buying power jumps up & down willy-nilly & customer service agents are no less robotic than an AI. Mistakes & financial hardship are not considered in their options, yet I was insured a solution to suit my needs. They claim the system has already generated the loan terms. How funny that I can easily refinance my home but not an bike from Affirm after making a simple mistake in choosing a plan. I find this all very frustating.
This app is useless. it kicks you to the website to log in and does not log you in on the app. Your app developers suck.

Affirm requests a Security Code and Affirm goes to home screen when you return from getting security code from texts. This is a pet peeve of mine, I have a BS in Computer Science. This is the logic to fix this problem. Have a variable pointer point to the address of screen that asks for the Security Code. Inbed in text of Security Code, a link to the security code screen. This way you do not need 2 electronic devices to actually get Code and hold the screen on Security Code to enter Code.
The juice runs this! stay away the will sell of your loans, in purpose and report it to your credit. been a member since 2022, have spent well over 12k with them, for them to sell of a loan at 9pm the day before the bill was due! Sezzle is the better choice for dealing with oven people.
Don't do it!! someone charge nine hundred dollars on my account, and now i'm responsible.Take care of it because they won't stand by their policies.Don't do it.There are so many other ways to get credit than this.
When I sign in, it just takes me right back to the sign in.
Edit: April 2026 - Not a fan of the new "due in x days" instead of just showing me the date due. not everyone gets paid weekly or on a Friday so if you have to budget and plan by date, having Affirm show you the date it's due is critical. Please change it back or make it a selectable field for sorting in the user's preferences.
so my 1st use for affirm last year went great. I paid off my loan, was late on the last payment.... and now 6 months later I still can't reuse the service... and with no explanation or way to correct it. and 0 customer support. I'll be removing my account soon because of this. -0 stars

The app keeps getting slower with every update and you have to make multiple unnecessary clicks to get payments done. Just a waste of time. Hire some good developers and clean it up, please! The Affirm experience outside the app is fine, though.
Requested my ID for verification, just to load a 🖤 screen, thus locking me out of continued affirm use. Good job 👍
I used a this app for almost a year, ordered a lot of things on this app and payed off a lot of it, when my credit took a hit this app didn't care and just put high interest and high down payments, being good, pay on time and pay off early don't meant anything to them
