The identify verification doesn't work. Reading of the residence card doesn't start while the phone detects an NFC device and vibrates. Spent an hour and didn't succeed. On my other contract, it's not possible to change the linked credit card. It says that the name must match but no matter what name I enter, it rejects it. Absolutely weird IT services.

アップデートがある場合、例え出先であつてもインストールしてからでないとアプリを起動できない、という日本企業らしい、ドコモらしい、ユーザー無視の責任回避仕様。 ユーザーに不便と手間を押し付けるダメダメな企業体質が現れているアプリです。
Terrible app. Doesn't even open now.
Don't buy Ahamo it's slow and cuts often even before you run out of data in your plan, and once you are in 制限mode, it's garbage (reminds me of the late 90s where one had to wait for a few minutes to load one picture) . better use Rakuten. period.

I've been trying to sign up for the past week. Had to upload ID documents more than 10 times. Wouldn't accept my residence car, so used mynumber card and was accepted, but then email said I needed to upload residence card to show my length of stay (even though it's on the mynumber card). No explanation of why it was cancelled several times, only automated emails. No way to contact someone. Poor customer experience. Don't use.
最低だ。オンラインサポートが午前9時から午後8時までってマジかよ? 普通24時間サービスでしょ。夜働いてる人はおもうお客じゃないか! Worst experience ever, online support is from 9am to 8pm... What the hell is this!!! Normally it should 24 hours service. Is people have night shifts not customer anymore???
毎回ログイン求められめんどくさい。また、アハモ契約なのに未契約のため利用できませんとエラーが出る。全く使えない。即アンインストール。

起動するたびにログインを求められるのは百歩譲って受け入れるとして、せめてパスワードマネージャーとの連携くらいは実装してほしいです。
