Do not buy, even trial they don't refund or cancel the subscription. G.AI app. That was made by Chat AI Labs in Chengdu, China. The developer's name is 周正军 (Zhou Zhengjun). It's just one of the wrapper apps that packaged various AI models, so it's easy to mistake it for Grok. It would be a bit disappointing if it's not good after paying over $100 for a lifetime plan. It's common for the functionality to not come out as expected because there are many apps like this.

I am a paid user of your app. I am facing a major bug while using it. Whenever I try to send a normal text message, the app does not reply properly and only responds with dots like "...". It seems the Text API request is failing or blocked. However, if I attach a blank image or any photo along with my text message, the app works perfectly and replies correctly. This means the Multimodal/Image route is working, but the normal Text route is completely broken. It is very frustrating

This app installed itself! I did not agree to install it, or even search for it. I thought it was losing my mind. If you find this app on your phone and have no idea why it's there where it came from uninstall it and report it.

Unclear who this company is, or where they're from. It masquerades as Anthropic Claude by purchasing an ad for Claude searches. You'll notice that it appears as a paid advertisement when searching for Claude but has nothing to do with Anthropic. Lifetime purchase agreements, which this app offers, are often not honored (or not for long), particularly by fly-by-night organizations. Once I realized that the advertising was a misdirection, it became clear that this app was to be avoided.

So this is a scam. It is not an AI chatbot it only connects you to free versions of chatbots. After using it a bit I paid for the $100 lifetime subscription then learned that this is only a mirror not an AI itself. Just requested a refund from play store and opened a dispute with card company, let's hope I get a refund but please don't make the same mistake I did well thanks to Google for letting this scammer keep my money the image generation doesn't even work right and just regurgitates

I’ve noticed an issue where the AI sometimes responds in Chinese even though my question was written entirely in English. This makes the response difficult to understand and breaks the flow of the conversation. I would expect the reply to match the language used in the prompt unless I specifically request another language. It would be helpful if the system consistently replied in the same language as the user’s question.

responses continue in Japan or Chinese, even tho I only speak English. I have to constantly "ask during my query 'in enslish'" each new prompts resets to Chinese. literally nothing on my base phone or even the settings on the app indicates to use nothing other than English. very frustrating

this is not legit and and is using false advertising, has very aggressive terms and can cancel you at any time with no explanation and their email is not legit. its a Chinese scam

I did not authorize payment and installaion of this app, it basically took $99 from my account and now im fighting with the play store to have it refunded. this is an absolute scam. is this associated with grok at all?
This app is 100% a scam. It falsely creates scenarios designed to incentivize you to pay, and does not permit cancellation, even when clearly stated that it was an erroneous payment. I strongly recommend this be removed from the Google Play app store.
This is just an app which aggregates AI models but it's from China and should not be trusted.

Couldn't understand my question Got locked in on one answer
well.. long story short I had modded pro version of this app for about a month and found a lot of functionality in regular use personally.. but the app package turned out to have undercover trojan virus injection code within... so yeah serves me right I guess until I look at all the critical reviews on here follow another suspect pattern... just get good with grok or go for gpt cheaper content overload, whatever suits your need, at least you'll get sense of value and where your money is going
