continues to take points away for requests or changes that I did not ask for. example: signature creator just scribbled over original image I asked to adjust. I replied "that's not what I wanted" & then they continued to take more points each time "changing" it but scribbled image didnt change. over and over. taking points every time & I didn't even request any change but the first one! now I'm 600 points down from the 2000 given w/ nothing to show for it except my name w/ bunch of lines thru it

****SCAM**** do not purchase pro subscription. Impossible to cancel, just send you back and forth from app to website with no solution to cancel. still haven't cancelled after multiple emails.
