I subscribed to the yearly plan pro version about maybe two years ago. Recently there is massive price change to the subscription, which I was not notified about in app, until I was suddenly locked out of all the pro features. But my yearly pro subscription from last year is still active and has been paid for! I've emailed the support but no response. If you want to change the sub price, at least let the remaining subscriber use their sub until it expires. Don't take money then lock them out!
