pathetic experience. spend so much time on making resume and couldn't get it. Because you are req. to pay the app to get your resume. you cannot screenshot it either. worst app
I am very angry and disappointed with this experience. I did not intend to renew this subscription and I am not using the app at all. Yet I was still charged without a clear warning. My refund request was rejected, which makes this even more frustrating. This feels unfair, and I strongly request proper action and resolution.

hi developers.. i would like to refund the money that accidentally deducted from money that is not mine.. i ask for refund but they said i cannot?? why? i am not using the apps anymore.. it was accidentally download by my daughter because it popped out as an adds on their game they are playing
