I have complained, in which, I was informed to go back to app and "restore purchase", however, to no avail. I have requested my refunds, in which, I have been blatantly ignored. Please honor my refund request today as I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied.
this app is not what you're saying it is. my subscription was 19.99 in order retrieve a video that I already created through them and when I paid I still could not retrieve it and I downloaded the app and used the website only find out that there is no such subscription on either and then also to find that you still have to pay another 35 dollars just to create a full length video(I think). I'm currently asking for a refund. they don't even know the song I'm trying to cover.

I knocked it down from 3 stars to 1! the more they update this the worse it gets, I'm on my 20th time trying to put my lyrics to music and it keeps doing this weird sound to my voice, sometimes in middle of a lyric sometimes at the end of the line But it sounds HORRIBLE!! False advertising. You have to buy the $5.99 subscription just to get inside the app to find out that the advertised features require additional purchase!🤬CONMEN.

After several attempts of re downloading the app as instructed it still doesn't work. paid $63 for the lifetime commitment for nothing . Take your business somewhere else.

THIS APP STOLE MY MONEY!!! Uploaded song, chose a picture, paid my money, and then was sent to another app. NOTHING! Had to start all over and the money I spent was gone....SCAM!!!!
What a scam this app is, paid a subscription and then found I have to pay for everything in the app. Whatever you do don't buy this app it is garbage! I wrote it off.
Does not work for me. Took my money. I have been asking for a refund for TWO weeks. Meanwhile, they just charged my bank again today! I uninstalled the app last week and never bought a subscription. I need a complete refund or I am reporting them to The FTC.

Misleading. You pay a subscription fee and then have to pay additional money to create a song. If i had known that I wouldn't have wasted money on subscription. Underhanded move, dont waste your money. The least they could do is offer a 3 day trial period. Im pissed!
freeze up all the time
This app is a scam! First of all, they tell you it's free, then you start all the signing in process and it doesn't allow you to continue unless you make a payment commitment (minimal was $9.99/month). Then they tell you that you can use the trial for 30 days and cancel but there is no place to go and cancel once you decide the program is not really what you were looking for. They do, however, manage to charge your credit card instantly. Total rip off!
I want to cancel my subscription immediately. Stop charging my card.

If I could have given no stars, I would have done so. this is a high-end scam. I advise any potential user to source another app. I've been running in circles trying to generate a song. spend how long, recording my voice, and NO RESULTS.
Doesn't Sync anything. Won't make real videos, only pictures. we can do that without this app.

This app is basically a scam. Once you start recording and you're ready to see the final results, they charge you to process the song and then additional charge to add the video feature. I added the video feature and they were going to charge me 9.99 to process the video. So I was never able to see my results after recording my voice, uploading a Pic, and choosing backgrounds for the video. I thought it would have been so cool to see but it's no telling how much $ I would have end up spending 😒
