THEY CHANGED POLICIES RIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT $70 IN TOKENS, NOW THE APP IS UNUSEABLE!! I BASICALLY JUST LOST ALL MY MONEY!! DON'T TRUST THESE CROOKS!! It was good before the policy change that's why the good rating, folks don't come back and update like I am. True current rating maybe 2.1 or worse!! Just use one of the other apps so you don't lose your money like I did!!

it's a totally bakvas application... after buying their subscription it is not allowed to upload any video...or phone... very disappointed 😞
worst experience don't use this app
waste of time, it told you to choose image to use and edit, but later then, immediately offers you to subscribe and simply saying YOU CANT do shyd without subscribing first

i thought the longer the apps exist it would be upgrade to be better. appearently not for this one. On the contratry, this apps getting worst. Many pictures can't be edited. The Ai is a mess. The worst part is that even when this app failed to edit, the token still lost. Its not our fault but we still have to pay for it. It just not worth it anymore. Better find another apps.
few days ago this app was able to face swap any kind of video. but now it restricts many of them by saying sensitive content, even for simple modern dresses. every major Ai app is restricting content and I didn't wanted facejoy to go on that path, that was why many were still using it. but now its completely useless. other Ai tools are giving better face swap but restricting content. so please dont go with that rat race, go back to unrestricted content and facejoy will boom again.

Good software, limited videos library edit, recent update made an entire library of previous paid for images inaccessible with message "sensitive content". Dont spend money here as an update could wipe it all out.

This is the second time that this application updated is causing an existing subscription, after this upgrade it's not allowing you to utilise the existing subscription benefit and asking for an additional amount for a new feature. which should be the user's choice basically. I would like to get this issue resolved as to restore my application based on my subscription benefit of pro which still has 6 months from now to expire. thank you ..

Update to my last review. Still not worth it. 0/5 stars if it was possible for shady practice and use of your points after purchasing a year subscription. There's no way to track your points usage and any points I had after one month expired even though they promise a year. The features you pay a premium for and even more per item used to be included for free and unlimited in your pro subscription. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP. IT IS A SCAM AND THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT IS PROMISED.

When this app works it is good, but it doesn't work too often. 5 points buys 1 pic x 1 face, 20 points buys 1 pic with multiple faces even if you only swap 1 face. I've keep a record of the last 32 attempts to swap. 11 successful 21 unsuccessful. It seems to work better on multiple faces but u don't want that very often. So for me its a rip off as when it doesn't work you don't get your points back. If someone sells u something and it doesn't work and they don't refund the money its called fraud

STAY AWAY!! This app is a total scam. I’m paying for “premium” but only get 10 credits a day - enough for barely 2 images. A single video takes 4 days of waiting. That’s not premium, that’s extortion. Developers loot money, deliver trash service, and completely ignore emails. If 5 stars mean quality, this app deserves -5 stars. Absolute fraud.

I purchased the subscription and can't use it, it uses points, they give you 10 a day but they don't accumulate, do you know you can do with 10 points? Nothing! Do not use this App!

Disappointing.. face swapping doesn't have lots of glitches. It's down right weird n extremely fake looking. very limited feature for such a high subscription cost..
I have subscribed to this app for a year. I have paid for the subscription. When I want to start using this app, suddenly, the points are gone. Then when I don't have enough points, I have to buy them. I just used this app for a while. The points are gone. I have to pay again. What's the point of buying and paying for the app for a year, then having to pay again to buy points. After this, I don't want to subscribe to this app anymore. It doesn't make sense at all.
It was a great app. I had the paid version. But now even the paid version is not enough for simple photo swaps, it needs credits. It ruined the app.
