Extremely slow and full of bugs
Apps is clearly unusable for the last few weeks. Cannot even load the screen to buy tickets (it times out every now and then). Please fix it
what is wrong with this app? since a few weeks ago, this app is literally unusable as the loading takes forever. to book a flight, it keeps loading for putting in the airport codes. don't you ever do any testing before launching an app update?? in the meantime, the same app on iOS works fine. so it is an android specific bug.

Has become pretty much USELESS! Full of bugs, rarely fully loads, and super laggy when it does load. Forget trying to book flights in app. Can occasionally see miles account but that's about it. Embarrassment of an app for a global airline.
I am not able to login to my account
App is good when it works, but since one week it doesn't. Reinstalling doesn't change anything.
Useless app. Got it just to know which terminal to go, all it tells me is T1. Munich Airport is big and has T1 A-F with nearly 20 mins walk in between. The app cannot figure out from the airport which terminal it is and put example T1-D in the app. And if you check in at the terminal, you are not updated about your boarding pass in the app. So, useless AF.

Can't login from the app despite it working from the website. Tried to contact WhatsApp assistance through WhatsApp but they never answer!
That Android app is awful. When I try to book a flight, it shows the price and date, but then when I pick my departure flight, the screen just reloads and says no flights are available. This has happened for several days straight and for 7 departure dates, which can't be right.

Despite having disabled "Offers and promotions" in the notification settings, this app continues to send notifications with ads and offers. This app essentially sends spam and ignores the settings - unacceptable
Can't give it minus one gazillion, unfortunately... AirFrance lost four clients - if I have to go from America to Europe, I'll choose swimming against AirFrance!
When clicking on "Submit a claim", the Android phone suggests a set of apps to open the link which neither fits. If I click back, I end up on a completely different screen. Too difficult to navigate, especially when it comes to contacting the company.
Login process is complicated and works in one in every 30 attempt. The worst experience
Fails to open frequently and denies access to my account making me use the reset feature tha now does not work either. Frustrating experience, wish I could throw this away
Will not sign in using 1password. Never triggers the saved Passkey. Can't sign in by copy/pasting username and password because I created a Passkey.

third class experience never used this air line again
unprofessional, non of the systems work and because of that, we lost out business class seats
the app straight up doesn't work you'll be trying to get your boarding pass and it'll bug out causing you to redownload it over and over again just get them via the email
Terrible this airline is going down, 12 hours flight without any entertainment, same horrible food in premium class than economy, the attendants only speak France in an international flight, they were rude and sent me to use the toilet in economy class for no reason whatsoever, unfortunately I have 1 flight already booked with this airline next March, but for sure I won't upgrade and for sure it will be my last with this airline.... I'm giving 1 * but they deserve 0
Any flight from india to france practically sucks. The ground staff tries to coax you into an upgrade and if you deny they pass unnecessary comments among themselves in order to shame the customer. baby food not provuded despite booking in advance. The food is horribly salty. Pathetic at best
Air France made me understand and appreciate any form of racism towards french people, the worst company in the world if your thinking about booking a flight don't go to any other company they will treat you better

Terrible app ! confusing, slow and not intuitive
Buggy, oriented on sales not on satisfaction of costumer. Doesn't recognize my email or my Flying Blue, although i have an account and received several emails regarding booking and ticket on the email adress. By creating a new account with the email, it says 'email already in use', but when i use it, it says 'invalid'. So, annoying, time consuming, poor and again, annoying!
Companies think they need an app to be cool. I dream of the day when they realize that having a ludicrously faulty app that sabotages customer experience makes them more of a laughingstock than having no app at all.
We tried ~20 times on 5 different devices to buy a ticket. Some in the app, some on the website. It just doesn't work. So we called the PREMIUM hotline. And though they are nice, they are telling us a different price for said ticket. Even as we talk on the phone, I can still see the original price on my end... And yet, even the PHONE didn't work! They did not receive the card number! They LIE about prices, their systems are BROKEN and blaming ME!!!
The app spams ads, and does not use categories, so you cannot turn them off without turning off important things like gate change notices. It also recently gave me mistaken "Boarding has started" notifications, an hour ahead of actual boarding on two occasions.

Works half the time, the other half is always "something went wrong". So for that performance half the rating as well.
Apr 13th, 2026 - with the last update, impossible to book with miles in this app! Do you guys ever test your patches?! This is so unprofessional! --- Seems to be working much better now. ‐----- It was working just fine until recently. But with every update the quality seems to go downhill. Such a shame! It used to be practical...
I was trying to scan the passport, it's very efficiently reading the barcode and picking up all data but unable to save , and also not providing any reason on the issue. also when I logged in, it did not retrieve my booking, I had to manually add this although I was a fly blue member
super slow . most of the time to search for tickets, you can't even load, from and to cities. app super slow.

I accidentally logged out, now I cant log back in. Ive tried secure passkey, account name and password and authenticator, same result is it just boots me out
