extremely bad... in prices, search not working properly and laggy
Bad experience with the airline company. Fight: AF1088 (30.06.26) Big delay (2 h 45 min) for departure with weak reasons and nobody seems to care about the passengers, we stayed 1 h because they missed the slot for departure , after just before the runway departure , the pilot was an issue for electrical system (what they checked /did before ??) after this we went to the service area were stayed 1 h and 30 min just to analyse and to see that need to change the battery / charger of the aircraft.
l'application de fonctionne pas, impossible de faire aboutir une recherche de vol. ca fait au moins 2 mois que cela dure... réinstaller l'app ne change rien. je suis obliger d'aller sur le site internet. très énervant et décevant de la part de Airfrance...
Useless pile of rubbish. Adding a membership is consistently being ignored. Same applies to Meal selection. After 1 day it's like I have never done my meal selection. After my return trip this app will be banned from my phone and AF being avoided by all means.
Constantly get the same error message after updating App to latest version: 'Sorry, something went wrong'.

Works half the time, the other half is always "something went wrong". So for that performance half the rating as well.
Terrible this airline is going down, 12 hours flight without any entertainment, same horrible food in premium class than economy, the attendants only speak French in an international flight, ...Now I made the mistake to book again with this overrated airline and the app doesn't give me the option for an upgrade on my flight back terrible airline, terrible app ... book with another one is my advice.
Asked to update the app and update does not work, so cannot use the app. Seriously ??

could not update. tried all the suggested resolutions in vain: uninstall and reinstall, clear storage of app, clear storage of google play, clear storage of google services. waste of time.

Same issue. this was over the Paris airport Wi-Fi. finally what worked is I connected to my VPN and it let me set up my account. But it would not let me sign in until I disconnected my VPN...
app is trash for flying with partner connections.
couldn't check in in app. could on pc, but had to rescan passport and reenter all data. useless app. / Tried again 2 years later. App still useless. Can't check in at all for Delta operated flight. Can't choose seat as AF said I would be able to.
Ik ben al meer dan 30 jaar klant bij Air France, KLM en Transavia, maar alle apps kennen mijn Loyalty / Flying Blue nummer nog steeds niet. Ze vragen het, nogal "déloyale" steeds maar weer, maar als je dat nummer invult wordt je voornamelijk geconfronteerd met allerlei bugs en vastlopende apps en nog meer geverifieer van codes etc . Betalen van een boeking was onmogelijk. Om mijn reis naar Berlijn te betalen moest ik de AF desk bellen die mij heel routinematig een betaallink stuurden....

unable to install new air france app version
I am try to create a account but otp not received on my number
who was the design genius that said "get rid of manual documents input the scanner WILL NEVER FAIL, especially with people that have 2 last names". so yea now i can do my check in with no way to manually input my documents

It recently works horribly. Does not load or takes forever to load. Apparently it cannot connect to the Internet properly. You cannot book anything using it.
Extremely slow and full of bugs
Apps is clearly unusable for the last few weeks. Cannot even load the screen to buy tickets (it times out every now and then). Please fix it
what is wrong with this app? since a few weeks ago, this app is literally unusable as the loading takes forever. to book a flight, it keeps loading for putting in the airport codes. don't you ever do any testing before launching an app update?? in the meantime, the same app on iOS works fine. so it is an android specific bug.

Has become pretty much USELESS! Full of bugs, rarely fully loads, and super laggy when it does load. Forget trying to book flights in app. Can occasionally see miles account but that's about it. Embarrassment of an app for a global airline.
I am not able to login to my account
App is good when it works, but since one week it doesn't. Reinstalling doesn't change anything.
Useless app. Got it just to know which terminal to go, all it tells me is T1. Munich Airport is big and has T1 A-F with nearly 20 mins walk in between. The app cannot figure out from the airport which terminal it is and put example T1-D in the app. And if you check in at the terminal, you are not updated about your boarding pass in the app. So, useless AF.

Can't login from the app despite it working from the website. Tried to contact WhatsApp assistance through WhatsApp but they never answer!
That Android app is awful. When I try to book a flight, it shows the price and date, but then when I pick my departure flight, the screen just reloads and says no flights are available. This has happened for several days straight and for 7 departure dates, which can't be right.

Despite having disabled "Offers and promotions" in the notification settings, this app continues to send notifications with ads and offers. This app essentially sends spam and ignores the settings - unacceptable
Can't give it minus one gazillion, unfortunately... AirFrance lost four clients - if I have to go from America to Europe, I'll choose swimming against AirFrance!
When clicking on "Submit a claim", the Android phone suggests a set of apps to open the link which neither fits. If I click back, I end up on a completely different screen. Too difficult to navigate, especially when it comes to contacting the company.
Login process is complicated and works in one in every 30 attempt. The worst experience
Fails to open frequently and denies access to my account making me use the reset feature tha now does not work either. Frustrating experience, wish I could throw this away
Will not sign in using 1password. Never triggers the saved Passkey. Can't sign in by copy/pasting username and password because I created a Passkey.
